Lisa Rinna Leaving The ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’? For Now She Says ‘I’m Done’
Lisa Rinna’s time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills might be at an end. Rinna went through a lot of drama during the Season 7 reunion, and it sounds like she’s ready to quit the show for good. Is Rinna done with the RHOBH?
According to OK! Magazine, Rinna addressed the exit rumors and confirmed that she is currently on a break. She isn’t sure about her future with the show, but she definitely sounded happy about not being in front of the cameras.
“I’m on hiatus,” Rinna revealed. “I don’t have any thoughts. I’m done. I am not working right now, and it is heaven. All I have to say. Heaven!”
When it comes to Season 8 of RHOBH, Rinna admitted that she never knows if producers will ask her back until right before filming. While she didn’t confirm or deny her return, at least it did not sound like she is determined to leave the series.
“I have no idea. No one ever knows whether they’ll be back until, like, five minutes before, to be honest with you,” Rinna explained. “Who knows? I don’t know what the plan is for me. I never do.”
Rinna also said she wasn’t interested in doing a family series with her husband, Harry Hamlin, and girls, Delilah Belle and Amelia Grey.
“Is that a rumor?” she stated. “I think we’ve done that. We kinda did that [with TV Land’s] Harry Loves Lisa back in the day. I don’t know. The girls are so busy. I don’t even think I could hire the girls if I wanted.”
ET Online reports that Season 7 of RHOBH wrapped with Kim Richards returning Rinna’s stuffed bunny gift. The exchange left Rinna in tears, especially considering how she bought the gift for Richards’ grandson. If Rinna decides to leave the reality show behind, this might be the last time we see her in front of the cameras.
In addition to the rumors surrounding her exit, Us Weekly reports that Lisa Rinna also discussed Phaedra Parks’ shocking confession on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Parks recently admitted to spreading drug and rape rumors about her co-stars Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams. While the ladies of RHOA were obviously outraged by the lies, Rinna took a different approach to the situation.
“You know what? I just Phaedra love,” Rinna shared. “I really like Phaedra Parks. I think it’s a really tough show to do, and I wish her well.”
Bravo has already renewed RHOBH for an eighth season. Producers have not announced the official cast list for the new season and likely won’t do so until production is well underway. Fans can only hope that Rinna is invited back and that she’ll accept the invitation.
In the meantime, Bravo reports that Rinna recently took to the red carpet with her family in tow. The reality star looked thrilled next to her stunning daughters, who are beginning to make a name for themselves in the modeling industry.
Speaking of Rinna’s daughters, she recently opened up about their careers and admitted that she is proud of their success. Rinna also explained how she doesn’t have any fears about her daughters being in show business and is confident that they will remain grounded no matter how much fame their achieve.
“Being a mom means everything to me,” Rinna explained. “I can’t imagine life without having that experience… They work really hard. It’s not an easy business… We’re very, very proud of them.”
The new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to air on Bravo later this year.
