Gwen Stefani is making it clear to fans that she and Blake Shelton have definitely not parted ways as a recent report suggested.

Following the release of In Touch Weekly‘s latest cover, which suggested Gwen Stefani had been “dumped” by boyfriend Blake Shelton, the singer and coach of The Voice took to Instagram where she gushed over the country singer.

Along with a photo of the two of them posing together at the Billboard Music Awards, Gwen Stefani told her many fans and followers on social media that Blake Shelton was her “favorite.”

Despite their many sweet moments on The Voice in recent weeks, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton faced rumors of a split earlier this month. As Gossip Cop revealed, In Touch Weekly claimed Gwen Stefani had been “dumped” and called off their potential “live TV proposal.”

The Voice producers “would love nothing more than for Blake to propose on live television,” but Shelton “knows the timing isn’t right,” the magazine’s insider claimed, suggesting that Stefani had been “hesitant” to get married again which allegedly prompted Shelton to “put the brakes on everything.”

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were married for 13 years before calling it quits in August 2015. Meanwhile, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert were married for four years before their marriage came to an end in July 2014.

According to the report, Shelton allegedly drew back from his relationship with Gwen Stefani which led her to feel dumped.

“She may have felt dumped, but it’s the best for both of them,” the outlet’s source continued. “He thinks cooling things off a little will make them stronger in the long run. Gwen not might realize that right now, but trust me, she will.”

While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may not be headed for a live engagement, they aren’t headed for a split either. In fact, in response to the In Touch Weekly report, Gwen Stefani’s rep assured Gossip Cop that the story was “entirely untrue.”
