Lea Michele Stuns In See-Through Dress At The 2017 Billboard Music Awards And Gushes Over Her Favorite Artist

Count on Lea Michele to make a splash at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, both with her stunning outfit and her reaction to meeting Celine Dion for the first time. While some celebrities take see-through fashion trends to an extreme, Lea debuted a black see-through dress that went for seduction rather than obscenity. While all eyes were on Ms. Michele, as she walked the red carpet, the Scream Queens star later revealed that she only had eyes for one person. Lea admits she was able to check off another box on her bucket list, as she came face to face with Celine Dion.

Lea Michele Debuts A Sexy, See-Through Dress At The 2017 Billboard Music Awards

Making an appearance at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards wasn’t just a chance to walk the red carpet for Lea Michele. As Seventeen reported, the entertainer performed the single “Cannonball” from her second album, but it was Lea’s entrance that was the real show stopper. As the actress and musician made her appearance, her black gown was soon the topic of conversation among many circles.

Ms. Michele’s dress was topped off with spaghetti straps and a halter top, tapering down the length of her body. Mesh panels wound around the dress to reveal Lea’s curves without exposing any sensitive areas. The see-through panels began at Michele’s mid-section, giving a tease of her toned tummy, before swirling down around her thighs and legs.

The dress is a David Koma design.

Michele wore her hair up and had dangling black and gold earrings to complete the look.

Lea is taking a break from her Places tour to make the Billboard Music Awards, but she says she’s really enjoyed getting to meet her fans, while on the road.

“It was kind of interesting getting back into the world of touring, but I love it so much, and just getting to sing my songs and feedback on stage is where I feel the most at home and the most comfortable.”

The Billboard Music Awards Helped Lea Michele Get Close To A Lifelong Inspiration

Since finishing up her Scream Queens duties, Lea Michele has been taking a break from acting to pursue her first love, which, as E! News reveals, has more to do with performing on a stage. Ms. Michele recently released her second LP, Places, and has been touring to promote that album, all of which is the result of her time in the theater and her desire to make music.

Now, Lea reveals that she has been inspired to pursue her singing dreams by some of the most famous performers ever to have graced the music scene. Ms. Michele counts Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion among her greatest influences, remarking that her role models have given her the courage to chase those dreams.

As it happened, Celine Dion was also attending the Billboard Music Awards, a fact that had not escaped Lea’s notice.

“I’m afraid they’re going to kick me out,” joked Ms. Michele. “I mean, I really am obsessed with her. I think she’s incredible. Just to be in the same building with her today is going to be awesome for me.”

Lea Michele also revealed that, while Scream Queens may have lost its chances for a third season, the friendships she forged on the set are lasting much longer. Ms. Michele says all of the girls from the series still text each other regularly and, as fans already know, Lea counts Emma Roberts as one of closest friends.

As for her acting plans, Lea hinted that she would be working with Ryan Murphy again, suggesting her fans might look forward to either an American Horror Story or an American Crime Story appearance. Or possibly a Feud role?

Lea Michele wasn’t specific, so it’s anyone’s guess.
