Did Joy-Anna Duggar And Austin Forsyth Get Married Today?

Joy-Anna Duggar was supposed to tie the knot on October 28, but fans were convinced that the date had been moved up after Duggar Family News leaked that the wedding would actually take place today. The Duggar family has been quiet about whether or not this is accurate, and hasn’t taken the time to confirm or deny the allegations. So did Joy-Anna get married today, as rumored?

Unfortunately, the Duggar family hasn’t uttered a peep on social media, which has made it difficult for fans to ascertain whether or not the pair actually did go through with the wedding. The Duggar girls, especially, are known for instagramming and tweeting quite often, so if Joy-Anna Duggar did get married today, one would suspect it would have been already documented and put online.

Fans have speculated that their wedding date was moved up not only due to Duggar Family News, but also because the pair confirmed that they recently had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party where they took their friends on a camping trip. Many said that the pair wouldn’t do something this early if they weren’t already planning on getting married.

Another clue that Joy-Anna Duggar and her beau decided to move the wedding to this weekend was that Jill Duggar (now Dillard) and her husband returned from El Salvador to the United States. Some, however, suspect that Jill and her husband made a swift exit from Central America due to the fact that a friend of theirs was recently kidnapped and murdered. Jill and Derrick have always alluded to the fact that Central America is very dangerous, but have never really specified in what way. When the shocking reality hit, especially with a 2-year-old in tow, the pair may have decided it was finally time to retire from missionary work in such a dangerous location and move on.

Jessa Duggar, now Seewald, who is one of the more active Duggar girls on social media, has kept quiet today. Yesterday, however, she wrote a heartfelt message to her husband, Ben, for his 22nd birthday.

Some fans think that the October registry was simply a decoy to throw fans off and not harangue the family during the special day. The wedding, whenever it is taking place, will no doubt be featured on the Duggar’s spin-off, Counting On.

Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth have previously stated that they have known one another for 15 years, and some media outlets have speculated that the pair are in a rush to consummate their marriage. This is because the Duggar family, known for their Christian values, do not allow their children to even kiss before marriage, sharing the first one in front of over a thousand guests and the Counting On cameras. The couple only dated for four short months before he proposed to her, leaving some to think that they are in a definite rush to get their marriage behind them.

The 19-year-old Duggar girl also shared a Mother’s Day momento for her own mother, Michelle, in a video. During it, she stated that she couldn’t wait to be a mother herself, which is something the Duggars pride above all. The Duggar family follows the Quiverfull movement, which does not believe in using birth control. The family matriarch has stated that having children is like having flowers in a garden, there can never be too many.

So while it remains to be seen whether or not Joy-Anna and her man got married today, social media will definitely reveal it sometime soon. No doubt the Duggars themselves, or guests, will be posting images of the happy couple to social media very soon.
