Chloe Lukasiak Dishes On Beautycon, YouTube, And Her New Book

Chloe Lukasiak may have risen to fame from Dance Moms, but the young star has since branched out, earning herself several film and TV roles. The young star has also created a YouTube channel that’s been successful in itself, and because of that, she will be appearing at Beautycon this weekend in New York City where she will moderate a panel with two other women.

She told Teen Vogue she was excited to be invited and is really nervous to perform with so many other famous and accomplished women.

“I don’t even know if I’ll be able to do it. I’m just going to fangirl the whole time because that’s amazing. I’m pretty honored to be a part of that.”

Chloe Lukasiak was first introduced to the world via the Lifetime series, Dance Moms, in which she was one of Abby Lee Miller, her teacher’s, favorites. As one of the most advanced dancers, she was often pitted against Maddie Ziegler, who was also one of the best dancers on the team. However, as time went on, she began to lose her passion for dance and started to feel defeated by the way her teacher treated her and the way the series was going.

“It’s kind of been like an emotional rollercoaster with dance because I went through some tough times on Dance Moms. I’m not going to lie, it kind of put a strain on my relationship with dance. After I got away from that negativity and found my passion for dance again, I fell in love with it again. Dance is me, it’s a part of who I am, so I couldn’t imagine my life without it,” she confessed.

Still, that hasn’t slowed down the young artist, who just released the film A Cowgirl’s Story and is working on a book to be released earlier next year. The book will be entitled Girl On Pointe: Chloe’s Guide to Taking on the World. Within the book, Chloe Lukasiak will dish on her time on Dance Moms in addition to giving young girls tips and tricks for dealing with their regular life.

Chloe Lukasiak, though she had a strained relationship with dance, returned to Dance Moms for Season 7B, which just wrapped up filming last month. In the first part of the series, Chloe admitted to her mother that she missed competing and decided to return to watch a competition and then decided to compete again.

Although not all of the details on the new series are clear, Chloe Lukasiak looks like she will be returning on an opposing team to the Abby Lee Dance Center and will compete against them for a good chunk of the season. Abby Lee Miller abruptly quit the show in the middle of filming season 7B and has not looked back. She was replaced by Cheryl Burke from Dancing with the Stars, and Chloe will return to competing with her old friends. From photographs on Instagram, Chloe will even get to a do a duet with good pal, Nia Sioux Frazier.

Since Dance Moms wrapped, Chloe hasn’t revealed what she will be doing in terms of the show. It is unclear if it is returning for another season, though rumors are swirling that it will, but with an entirely new cast.

In the meantime, Chloe Lukasiak is busy with her YouTube channel and all of the amazing opportunities it has brought her. She will be having a blast this weekend in New York City as she meets and greets fans and even meets some of the people she herself looks up to in the industry.
