Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Throw Star-Studded Engagement Party

Looks like it’s getting pretty close to the final countdown for Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston. The engaged couple threw a star-studded engagement party at their Beverly Hills home yesterday to celebrate their impending nuptials.

According to X17online, the pair, who are set to wed pretty soon, threw the bash, which was reportedly low key. The couple were joined by famous friends including Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, Demi Moore, Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia De Rossi, Ben Stiller, and Lake Bell.

The party was casual, with guests dressed in jeans and casual shirts as they carried their gifts in for Aniston and Theroux. There was music too, as a DJ was hired to play alternative music. The pair was said to have enjoyed each other and the company of their friends and family.

Aniston and Theroux’s relationship, of course, has been put in a parallel time frame with ex Brad Pitt and his soon-to-be wife Angelina Jolie. Aniston announced the engagement to Theroux in August, not long before Brad Pitt went public with his engagement to Jolie. Justin Theroux proposed to Aniston nearly weeks apart during his forty first birthday party. Of the proposal, Aniston told good friend Chelsea Handler that she, “just got verklempt.” Theroux also has Chandler’s approval, with the late night talk show and author calling him, “The greatest guy ever.”

Jennifer Aniston’s first wedding, which was to Brad Pitt, was a lavish event and cost $1 million. We’re betting that she goes the more casual route with her actor-screenwriter fiance Justin Theroux.

Word is still out on when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to marry, but we do know that the nuptials are to be exchanged pretty soon. Who thinks the two couples will have a double wedding? Anyone?
