‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Anna And Alex Go At It While Griffin Deals With Brad
General Hospital spoilers tease the next few days are going to be intense in and around Port Charles. With only cliffhanger Friday standing between fans and the Nurses Ball, the excitement is building. After months of speculation, it was confirmed that Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) was in town standing in for Anna (Finola Hughes) while she was locked away in a hospital in London. In a surprising turn of events, the Devane sisters met in the airport. When Robin (Kimberly McCullough) and Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) discover Alex is pretending to be Anna, things get even more complicated because the real Anna arrives from a London on a plane.
Alex was created for the All My Children audience when Finola Hughes was fired from General Hospital over a decade ago. As the storyline evolved, her connection to the WSB and Anna was revealed. Eventually, she left Pine Valley and she has only been mentioned a few times since. According to Soap Hub, General Hospital spoilers confirm there will be a showdown in the airport. It looks like Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will be the one to step in and save Anna, but why would he be at the airport? Speculation is that he may be waiting for Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to come home for the Nurses Ball. She teased her return at the beginning of May but fans weren’t expecting her back until sometime in June or July.
Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden (Rebecca Budig) decided they are going to continue with the unexpected pregnancy. While it was a surprise, they seem to be happy with the outcome. General Hospital spoilers have revealed that Brad (Parry Shen) is going to be busted for tampering with the drug test results. Griffin (Matt Cohen) is on to him, and tomorrow, heads will roll. Rumors have been circulating that Ryan Carnes will be back as Lucas Spencer for at least a few days. Speculation is he will find out what Brad has been up to and their marriage will end. General Hospital fans are confused by this because Lucas hasn’t been around for months, and now, he is being brought back to end a marriage that is rarely even mentioned on the show.
There is only one more show before the Nurses Ball begins on General Hospital. The Chimera Project will be unleashed, leaving everyone in Port Charles in danger. There has been some indication that Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) will find herself in danger because of the poison, though it is unclear where she will become infected. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) sold the DVX project to Helena (Constance Towers), and now, it is coming back to haunt him. Alex is aware of the danger, but does she have the key to unlock the cure for those infected?
As May sweeps roll on for General Hospital, big changes are coming. Storylines will be wrapped up, the Chimera Project will be unleashed, and there will be some closure between Anna and Alex. Right now, things aren’t clear about why Alex had her sister shipped to London other than to get her hands on the Chimera Project. Rumors are that Andres Hove will be reprising his role as Faison, and if that is the case, General Hospital fans are in for a treat.
This is one of the most exciting times for soaps, and it looks like things are really going to get complicated as next week kicks off. Three days of the Nurses Ball and the remainder of the month will be focused on tying up loose ends. General Hospital is gearing up for fun, and the actors are ready to show off their hard work to the fans.
