Priyanka Chopra Earns ‘Quantico’ A Third Season And Stuns In Bikini As ‘Baywatch’ Villain

Priyanka Chopra is a big name in the entertainment industry right now, establishing herself on television as Quantico‘s Alex Parrish and dominating movie talk with her sexy Baywatch villain, Victoria Leeds. As Priyanka continues to build her brand as an international celebrity, the actress proves she’s not overextending herself with a second Quantico season that all but guaranteed yet another renewal. As ABC shares plans to bring Priyanka back as the straight-laced Alex Parrish, Chopra heats things up on the beach with her Baywatch villain.

Quantico Will Return, But With a Catch

As Hindustan Times shares, the Priyanka Chopra led crime drama will be returning for a third season, having been renewed by ABC. This is good news for fans who have been left wondering if the series would return at all, but it has also been shared that season 3 of Quantico will be about half as long than the two preceding seasons. The next installment will only have 13 episodes.

Focusing on the positive, Ms. Chopra recently tweeted the good news to her followers.

“So excited about the season 3 pick up for #Quantico congrats to everyone who made it happen! #AlexParrish will be back soon,” shared Priyanka.

The Quantico actress also shared a behind the scenes photo of herself with her series co-stars Blair Underwood, Marcia Cross, Aunjanue Ellis. In the caption, Priyanka thanked ABC, along with producer Josh Safron, for giving Quantico the renewal.

Quantico will face a major change for Season 3 with the loss of Safron as series showrunner.

“My deal on the show was two years only and it’s up,” revealed the Quantico executive producer. “I’m leaving the show in a good place and capable hands.”

Previously, Ms. Chopra expressed feeling thankful toward the ABC network and the Quantico producers for allowing her to play an Indian character that was unembellished by Hollywood stereotypes. Priyanka takes a personal interest in changing the way the world looks at Indian characters and, by extension, the people of India.

Baywatch Villain Priyanka Chopra Heats Up Miami

The Baywatch cast recently took a trip to Miami, Florida to tease the film’s upcoming release and News 18 reports that Priyanka Chopra showed up her co-stars on the beach. Donning a blue and white bikini, Chopra became the center of attention, competing for the sexiest bod on the beach along with the Baywatch heroes.

Priyanka showed off her curvy frame in the photos, revealing more of her body than has previously been shared on film or in public. Onlookers captivated by Chopra’s curves were drawn to the sparkling belly button piercing, which shone in the Florida sun.

In one Instagram post taken at a Miami pool, Priyanka shared time with Bollywood producer, Mubina Rattonsey. The two Indian celebrities were captured sharing their last day in Florida, before heading back home.

“Last few hours of chill.. poolside bummery with @mubinarattonsey #Miami,” Ms. Chopra captioned the image.

Miami wasn’t the only stop Priyanka made on her brief tour around the globe to promote Baywatch. Once back home in New York City, where she primarily lives, while in the United States, Chopra shared a picture of herself riding in a cab.

“Back to my #NYC… mumbai-nyc-Africa-La-miami-nyc in 15 days! Phew.. another 2 weeks of many time zones coming up.. Watch me live on @watchwhathappenslive Tonight! #baywatch #may25th,” Ms. Chopra captioned that picture, indicating that her extensive press tour took her around the world.

Ms. Chopra shared an additional photo from Florida in which she’s seen smiling amid cheers from thousands of Baywatch fans. The image, taken on the red carpet, shows Priyanka in a glittery blue gown. Captioning the photo, Chopra comments on her appreciation for receiving so much love from fans.

As is always the case with Priyanka Chopra, the Baywatch actress thanked fans for their adoration and excitement.

Baywatch opens in theaters on May 25.
