Lindsay Lohan Fight: Troubled Actress Arrested For NYC Club Brawl

The Lindsay Lohan fight which took place during the early hours of Thursday morning has landed the troubled actress behind bars yet again, according to The Morning Call.

The scuffle with another woman reportedly took place at the New York City’s Club Avenue during the wee hours of Thursday morning. For her role in the fray, Lohan has been charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault.

TMZ reports that the incident involved a brief exchange of words before punches were thrown. Although details of the fight are scant, the celebrity gossip website reports Lindsay Lohan said something along the lines of “Give me my space” after being approached by the woman.

After an undetermined period of time Lohan reportedly punched the woman in the left side of her face. The actress then allegedly attempted to flee the scene of the crime. However, police were able to intercept Lohan before she could get away.

The website explains that Lohan was released from police custody around 7:30 am. Anonymous individuals who managed to get a peek at the troubled actress said that she looked “visibly tired.” It’s currently believed she will have to appear before a judge very soon.

This isn’t the only recent woe in the actress’ storied life. Lindsay Lohan may be facing yet another lawsuit in the coming months. Since the Lifetime Network had to take out insurance on the actress for Liz & Dick, producers requested that she refrain from getting behind the wheel of an automobile.

Lohan reportedly violated the terms and conditions of her agreement when she crashed a rented Porsche into the back of an 18-wheeler in June. The actress explained that, while she was involved in the accident, she wasn’t driving the car when it happened.

As of this writing, it’s unclear who Lindsay Lohan decided to fight at the New York City club on Thursday morning. More details are likely to emerge shortly.
