Who wants to see an awesome stunt video for Thor: The Dark World?

A few weeks ago, we were getting a steady flow of Thor: The Dark World set pictures and videos from all corners of the internet. It’s been a little quiet lately, but a newly-leaked stunt video is definitely worth your attention, mostly because it involves some nice visible action.

It’s not one of those “standing around putting on makeup and drinking out of water bottles” videos.

Here’s the synopsis for Thor: The Dark World before we jump into the clip:

“In Thor: The Dark World, Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.”

I didn’t know that by “the dark world” they actually meant “Earth,” but then again, I guess it does make some sense.

And don’t forget, Thor: The Dark World is supposed to have a distinctly Game of Thrones feel according to star Chris Hemsworth. Alan Taylor, who has directed several episodes of Thrones, inherited the director’s char from Sir Kenneth Branagh.
