Jennifer Lawrence Crashes Car For Glimpse At Honey Boo Boo Child [Video]

Jennifer Lawrence is a huge fan of Honey Boo Boo Child. Her loyalty is such that she crashed her car into another vehicle as she desperately tried to catch a glimpse of the reality TV starlet while driving.

The 22-year-old actress confessed that she is a huge fan of 7-year-old reality TV celebrity Alana Thompson, who is the star of the TLC program Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. While driving, Lawrence thought that she spotted Honey Boo Boo Child at a breast cancer parade, and that distraction caused her to get into a minor fender bender.

MSN reports that the accident occurred earlier this year in Georgia while Lawrence was filming the Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire.

The actress recounted the unfortunate incident to Jay Leno on Monday night’s The Tonight Show With Jay Leno while promoting her latest film, Silver Linings Playbook.

“I was driving home from work and I thought I saw Honey Boo Boo. It was a breast cancer parade. Now I know it said ‘boobs’ on their shirts, but I thought it said ‘boo boo.’ So I was like, ‘Does that mean it’s Honey Boo Boo?’

“I started craning my neck, and then I saw a little girl and was like, ‘That’s Honey Boo Boo!’ I was still driving and then I rear-ended the person in front of me. I had to get out of the car and explain what happened. I was like, ‘I’m sorry that I hit your family. I thought I saw Honey Boo Boo.'”
