Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard returned to El Salvador last week to work in the mission field. The couple came back home last fall to help with Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo’s wedding and to spend time with their families as they had been away for several months. It has since been announced that they are having another little boy who will be joining big brother, Israel, sometime in July.
