NFL Week Four Power Rankings

Now that we are past critical week three, and up to teams beginning their bye weeks, we have a clearer picture of who is good and in a few cases who is really bad. With that here are my Week four NFL power rankings:

1. New York Giants- They creamed Tampa, but are still the best so far

2. Baltimore Ravens- The team to beat in the AFC North

3. Indianapolis Colts- Peyton can take any defense apart

4. New Orleans Saints- Great offense, pretty good defense, this might be a special year

5. Minnesota Vikings- Favre has played well, but not totally sold on them yet

6. Atlanta Falcons- Loss on the road at the Patriots, but this is a very good team

7. New York Jets- Good test this week with Saints, but this team looks very good

8. New England Patriots- trending down, but score a big win. When will Randy Moss Explode?

9. Philadelphia Eagles- Kevin Kolb may make the Michael Vick signing irrelevant

10. San Diego Chargers- starting to play like the elite team everyone thinks they are

11. Green Bay Packers- Aaron Rodgers could use some more pass protection

12. Chicago Bears- They have shown some resolve in the face of injuries

13. Pittsburgh Steelers- at 1-2 they have the same record as the Detroit Lions

14. Denver Broncos- a very surprising undefeated team

15. Cincinnati Bengals- Palmer is healthy, and defense is playing well

16. San Francisco 49ers- Setting the pace in the NFC west, but will mess RB Frank Gore

17. Dallas Cowboys- This isn’t a great team, but may still be a good team

18. Arizona Cardinals- have pass protection issues

19. Buffalo Bills- TO is on the clock, to blow up and destroy this team

20. Houston Texans- Hard to say week to week, but that probably means no playoffs

21. Jacksonville Jaguars- Maurice Jones Drew is an elite player, but this is the Jaguars

22. Miami Dolphins- Pennington is on IR, and this isn’t a good team

23. Tennessee Titans- 0-3 and Kerry Collins has lost his confidence

24. Carolina Panthers- time for a QB change, and to reestablish the running game

25. Seattle Seahawks- Is the kicker the only problem on this team? Probably not

26. Detroit Lions- they win and jump to the best of the worst at least for this week

27. Oakland Raiders- Jamarcus Russell is clearly not the answer

28. Washington Redskins- Jim Zorn needs to be fired, and this team needs a new owner

29. Cleveland Browns- this team is a mess, and may already need a new Head Coach

30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Do they regret firing Jon Gruden now?

31. Kansas City Chiefs- The offense is…..well not good

32. St. Louis Rams- playing like they are headed back to Los Angeles
