George Clooney’s Sister Denies Gay Rumors But Claims He Will Never Marry

George Clooney gay rumors persist, but his older sister Adelia Zeidler maintains that nothing could be further from the truth. The movie star’s older sister denies that the bevvy of beautiful women Clooney has been linked with over the years are nothing more than a beard. While Zeidler steadfastly believes her brother is not gay, she is equally convinced that he will never marry or have children.

Clooney does not think it would be fair to split his focus between his skyrocketing career and a family, according to Adelia’s statements. If big sis is right, Stacy Keibler has no hope of becoming Mrs. Clooney number two. George was married to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993, according to Radar Online.

Adelia Zeidler had this to say about the George Clooney gay rumors and his confirmed bachelor status:

“That’s quite ridiculous. We don’t even listen when people say things like that anymore. No, I would say he probably will not get married. If I had to guess I would have to say no. I know everyone says, ‘Well Warren Beatty said he’d never get married, and then he met Annette Bening.’ But you know that’s the only example people can think of, so it doesn’t bode too well.”

The 51-year-old actor was romantically linked with Elisabetta Canalis, Lisa Snowdon, and Sarah Larson, before walking with Stacy Kiebler on his arm. Zeidler also noted that she did not believe that George had ever left any of his lady loves broken hearted or feeling as if they had been cruelly dumped. She feels the relationships just came to a “kind of natural close.” Clooney’s sister also noted how proud she is of him and stated that he works very hard, according to the New York Daily News.
