Leonardo DiCaprio Selling Home: Actor Lists Malibu Beach House For $23 Million [Photos]


Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly selling his Malibu bachelor pad for $23 million after previously renting the property for $75,000 a month.

Trulia reports the property — which sprawls across 6,000 square-feet, boasts seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a stunning views of Malibu beach — actually is comprised of three separate homes on the same lot.

According to the listing, the four-bedroom main home offers ocean views and a completely renovated kitchen, while a the second home, a two-bedroom detached guest house, offers maids quarters and private beach entry.

The third boasts a gym, media room, seventh bedroom, and a home office.

The property also comes with six parking spaces, leaving plenty of room for your quiver of expensive cars.

Trulia writes:

“Completely renovated from head to toe, this unique home also includes private parking, maid quarters, gardens, lawns and private beach entry making it one luxurious beachfront compound.”

DiCaprio originally purchased the Cape Cod-inspired compound for $6 million in 2002.

In addition to the Malibu beachfront home, Leonardo DiCaprio has another property nearby which he has put up for sale, according to Celebscoop.

The Titanic star, who recently split with Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, also owns two properties in Los Angeles but is reported to spend the bulk of his time in New York.
