Rob ‘Deuce Bigalow’ Schneider: No Way Can I Support Obama For A Second Term

Actor/comedian Rob Schneider says Barack Obama has been a “crappy” president and won’t be voting for him on Election Day.

Schneider, perhaps best known as a Saturday Night Live regular and for starring in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, recently made his political feelings known on The Regular Guys morning radio show based in Atlanta (listen to clip below) on Rock 100.5.

Schneider, a self-proclaimed liberal Democrat who voted for Obama in 2008, said “there is no way I can support Obama for second term.” He also remarked that he doesn’t want Obama’s federal bureaucrats to become even more entrenched in a second term and “is for kicking them out and starting over.” Schneider did not say who, if anyone, who would vote for in the presidential election, which puts him a different category than actress Stacey Dash for example.

Schneider, a former stand-up comedian, also starred in The Animal, The Hot Chick, and the 2010 Adam Sandler vehicle Grown Ups, and has many supporting roles to his credit.

It is usually career suicide in Hollywood for an actor or musician to be anything but a zealous liberal Democrat in public, so it remains to be seen how this will affect Schneider’s career, if at all.

He is, however, a frequent collaborator in the movies with his friend and former SNL colleague Sandler, who is said to be Republican.

Rob Schneider’s CBS sitcom was cancelled last May.
