Christina And Tarek El Moussa Aren’t Getting Back Together: She’s ‘Disgusted’ By His Fling With The Nanny [Report]

Christina and Tarek El Moussa have parted ways, and according to a report, there’s no chance that they will get back together.

Although Christina and Tarek El Moussa have continued to appear together on their HGTV house-flipping series, Flip or Flop, both parties have reportedly been dating other people in the months since their split and show no signs of a reunion.

While a reconciliation seems highly unlikely at this point, a new report claims Christina and Tarek El Moussa’s close friends are still hoping that they will work things out.

“All of their close pals are hoping that Christina and [Tarek El Moussa] will get back together because they are a very popular couple,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life on December 21. “They are also really great parents and they always put their kids first. Both Taylor, 6, and Brayden, 1, are still really young and hopefully they will spend Christmas together as a family.”

Prior to their separation, Christina and Tarek El Moussa had been married for seven years. The couple also shares two children together, daughter Taylor Reese, 6, and son Brayden James, 1.

“[Christina and Tarek El Moussa] have been through a lot over the years as a couple and that always counts for a lot, so, it would be great if they could be together just now.”

According to the Hollywood Life report, Christina and Tarek El Moussa, who are currently starring in their seventh season of Flip or Flop, which debuted on HGTV in 2013, are in an adjustment period at this time as they continue to co-parent their children and allegedly prepare for the end of their series. Although Flip or Flop has not yet released a statement confirming the issue, Hollywood Life claimed the show was reportedly cancelled earlier this week. As the outlet alleged, Christina and Tarek El Moussa are currently filming new episodes of the series, but only to fulfill the remaining requirements of their contracts with HGTV.

The outlet went on to reveal that there is reportedly “zero chance” that Christina El Moussa will ever give Tarek El Moussa another chance, especially after his alleged fling with his kids’ former nanny, Alyssa Logan.

“Christina wasn’t surprised to find out [Tarek El Moussa] and Alyssa were hooking up, but she was kind of disgusted because she’s so young and she was their employee,” a source told Hollywood Life.

Logan is 23 years old and 10 years Christina’s junior, and while there have been claims suggesting Tarek El Moussa began his alleged relationship with the young woman during his marriage, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor. In addition, the alleged relationship lasted for only a short period of time.

“[Tarek El Moussa] and Alyssa weren’t together for long, it only lasted a couple of months—it was a classic rebound romance and burned very bright, very quick before just fizzling out,” the insider added. “Tarek swears to Christina though that nothing happened while they were still together, and she does believe him.”

TMZ was first to share the news of Tarek El Moussa’s alleged time with his children’s former nanny, claiming the two had reportedly begun dating one another in September, four months after he and Christina separated.

“[Tarek El Moussa] hooked up with 23-year-old Alyssa Logan, who was taking care of Tarek and Christina’s 2 kids and also performing assistant chores,” the outlet told readers last week.

The outlet also pointed out that Tarek El Moussa essentially fired Logan after he began having feelings for her as to not be dating an employee.
