Tarek And Christina El Moussa Release Statement On Facebook, She Discusses Her ‘Roughest Days’

Tarek and Christina El Moussa’s kids are their main priority. As the couple continues to appear in new episodes of Flip or Flop, they are keeping their sights set on their children, daughter Taylor Reese, 6, and son Brayden James, 1.

In a December 19 post on Facebook, Tarek and Christina thanked their fans and followers for their support and offered an update on their separation and future co-parenting relationship for their kids.

“We wanted to reach out to all of you and say thank you for your support during this difficult time for our family,” their message read. “We have worked together since our early 20s and we will continue to do so moving forward while we continue to make our children our priority. We look forward to spending the Christmas season with family and want to wish a Merry Christmas and happy holidays to each and every one of you. May you all find peace and joy this holiday season.”

Earlier this month, as the couple also revealed on social media, they came together to take their children to see Santa Claus.

Throughout the past several days, Tarek and Christina have spoken frequently about their children on social media and shared a few photos of the kids as well.

“Even on my roughest days he always brings a smile to my face. [Brayden James], you make our lives complete,” Christina wrote on Instagram on December 20, also adding the username of her estranged husband, Tarek El Moussa.

In her video post, Tarek and Christina’s youngest child was seen playing peek-a-boo with a napkin.

A few days prior, Christina shared a photo of herself and daughter Taylor Reese as they enjoyed a Christmas brunch at her school.

“Kindergarten Christmas brunch with #TaylorReese nothing better than #momlife,” she wrote in the caption of the photo.

Tarek has also shared a photo of himself and his daughter on Instagram. Last week, days after news of his separation from Christina hit the web, the television star posted a photo of himself and Taylor standing at a marina in front of a couple of yachts.

“Me and the #love of my life #crushing it!!! It’s been a #crazy few days but we #love our kids soooo #much!! My #heart and #soul,” he wrote.

Last week, days after confirming their separation, Tarek and Christina were faced with a report claiming Tarek had engaged in a romance with his children’s former nanny, 23-year-old Alyssa Logan. According to a TMZ report, Logan was hired to take care of Taylor and Brayden while also performing assistant chores.

Although fans have surely heard stories regarding celebrities and their nannies, Tarek and his former nanny reportedly began dating in September, well after he and Christina had ended their relationship.

“When Tarek began having feelings for Alyssa, he was warned NOT to date her while she was still an employee. So he essentially canned her, which cleared the way for a romantic relationship,” the outlet explained to readers.

During their time together, Tarek and Alyssa reportedly attended a Florida Georgia Line concert in October, but later that month, as TMZ claimed, they allegedly parted ways.

Tarek and Christina confirmed they had begun dating other people since splitting up in May of this year, but when it comes to identifying those people, the couple has done no such thing. Instead, they have chosen to keep their personal lives completely private as they move on from their marriage.
