Brad Pitt Is Going After Women Angelina Jolie ‘Banned’ During Marriage [Debunked]
Brad Pitt is not going after women that Angelina Jolie forbid him to see during their marriage. This is a rumor that was started by the site Radar Online.
“Insecure Angelina Jolie had a long list of women Brad Pitt was banned from associating with — but now that she’s out of the picture the actor is free to sow his wild oats!”
The article adds that some of those women on Angie’s list included Taylor Schilling, Lady Gaga, and Sarah Paulson. Radar Online wants you to believe that Jolie was incredibly rude to Sarah Paulson around the time she appeared with Pitt in 12 Years a Slave. However, Gossip Cop has busted the story.
“Brad Pitt is NOT pursuing famous women who Angelina Jolie had banned him from being around while they were married, despite a bogus webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told it’s false,” says columnist Andrew Shuster, who adds that a source close to the situation says that Jolie never forbid Pitt to be around other female celebrities.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt supporters are at war in the comments section after the article.
“Angelina was always very respectful with how she acted around men who were not Brad — Brad not so much when around women. I believe he is desperate for a famous woman because he is used to being part of a big couple, he’s a creep,” says one commenter.
“I knew Brad’s fans were insane, but to say that Jolie is behind the sources on Brad’s behalf is the biggest bulls**t I’ve ever read, Brad’s anonymous source, is his own lawyer,” answers another.
Radar Online is also the culprit of another rumor regarding Pitt and Jolie this past week. The webloid claimed that the couple actually split two years before their divorce.
“RadarOnline.com can reveal that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt secretly agreed to separate after they got into a jealous argument following the Academy Awards in 2014 — over two months [sic] before they announced their divorce.”
The article adds that Jolie behaved badly that night and tried to steal all the attention away from Pitt. This allegedly caused Pitt to cut short his own celebration with his 12 Years a Slave co-stars. However, as Gossip Cop points out, this story is ridiculous.

We’re told it’s not true,” Andrew Shuster claims, adding that Pitt and Jolie actually got married a couple months after the Oscars in 2014, and that a reliable source close to the situation claims the couple had never split before the divorce.

The article adds that a judge ruled that the filing to seal the documents did not meet the requirements for sealing details. Both Brad and Angelina’s attorneys were present in court for the decision. It appears that the drama over Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will certainly extend well into 2017.
