Seria A, AC Milan Vs. Atalanta: Preview, Prediction, Possible Lineups, Betting Tips, And Live Stream
Match Preview
Looking to bounce back from the disappointing loss against title rivals Roma, AC Milan will host Atalanta in Seria A.
A goal from Rajda Nianggolan in the second half was enough for Milan to surrender all three points in one of their biggest games so far.
Mbaye Niang missed a penalty in the first half which proved costly for the 18-time Seria A champions.
Their opponents, Atalana, also lost against Udinese in the last game. They lost the match 3-1 as Daniel Zapata’s goal could not salvage any points for Atalanta.
Team News: AC Milan
Gianluca Lapadula seems to grab a place in starting XI from Carlos Bacca. So, he should start vs. Atalanta. Lapadula didn’t have his best game against Roma. So, he will be motivated highly to score in this game.
Bacca situation has been very complicated in Milan as the big money signing hasn’t made the impact he was expected to make. If the current situation continues, the Columbian is likely to leave Milan, probably in January. Bacca was bid for a transfer by West Ham in the summer, but he opted to stay at San Siro.
Bacca’s agent, however, assured Milan fans that the Columbian will not leave the team in January, as reported by Football-Italia.
“Bacca is very happy at Milan.”
“In addition, both the Coach [Vincenzo Montella] and the club are happy with him.”
Riccardo Montolivo will miss this match due to injury concern and so will Davide Calabria.
AC Milan: Predicted Line-up (4-2-3-1)
Donnarumma – Abate De Sciglio, Romagnoli, Paletta, – Bertolacci, Pasalic, Locatelli – Niang, Suso, Lapadula
Team News: Atlanta
Manager Gian Piero Gasperini is likely to make no any significant changes in the starting XI. Atalanta was beaten by Udinese last time out but their performance was encouraging.
The only position in the team Gasperini may change is the left wing, where Leonardo Spinazzola is being challenged by Boukary Drame.
Atalanta: Predicted Line-up (3-4-1-2)
Sportiello – Masiello, Caldara, Toloi – Rafael, Gagliardini, Kessie, Conti – Gomez – Kurtic, Petagna

Milan vs. Atalanta: Prediction
Both teams have played very well in recent games. However, Milan lost against Roma in their last game while Atalanta has lost two games in a row. The San Siro outfit will have home advantage and that, in our opinion, will result the game in their favor.
