Clinton Camp Blames Huma Abedin For Hillary Loss, Anthony Weiner Moves Back In

It was just a matter of time before Team Hillary turned on Huma Abedin, whose husband, Anthony Weiner, put Clinton back under the microscope for sexting on the family computer that also contained State Department emails. Abedin, who thought that she would be getting ready to move into a cushy West Wing office next month is now finding herself on the wrong side of even her own team, who say they don’t care what happens to her.

At the end of August, after one more sexting scandal, Huma Abedin announced that she was separating from her husband, Anthony Weiner, who had been naughty Skyping with a 15-year-old minor, which triggered the FBI investigation that turned the heat back up on Hillary Clinton, says the Inquisitr. Weiner was sent off to sex addict rehab, where he only spent a month instead of the suggested 90 days, reportedly because money was an issue (sources have reported that Weiner’s parents lent him the money after taking out a second mortgage on their house).

A close Clinton adviser told Vanity Fair that he doesn’t care what happens to Huma Abedin at this point, because even after the election outcome, she believed that she was above the rest of the other members of the Clinton campaign staff.

“Maybe I’m just pissed off, but I really don’t give a s**t about what happens to Huma to be honest with you.”

But it seems that other than Hillary Clinton, nobody else has lost more as a result of the loss than Abedin, who hitched her horse to the Clinton cart back when Clinton was still the first lady. But while many people in the Clinton camp thought that Abedin should be benched after the news of Anthony Weiner’s sexting scandals started shining a negative light on the campaign, Hillary Clinton thought that it shouldn’t reflect on Abedin.

But members of the inner circle now believe that Abedin lost sight on what was really important in the campaign, and thought of herself as a principal rather than a staff member.

“She was enjoying the red carpet and enjoying the photo spreads much too much in my opinion. She enjoyed being a celebrity too much.”

That source now believes that instead of enlarging the circle to hear new opinions, Clinton just continued with the cliquey myopic points of view, rather than branching out. It is thought that the tight inner circle just continued to reinforce bad habits. But Hillary Clinton is now telling donors that Comey’s letter cost her the election, but there would have been no Comey letter if Anthony Weiner’s sexting chats were not on the same computer with emails that should have only been on the State Department server. For that reason, Abedin is now the target of the Clinton staff ire.

But MTV is now putting Huma Abedin in the same category as Billy Bush, which is being called “the year’s biggest losers.” For Huma Abedin, the end is not justifying the means, so taking all of the pity on the chin no longer seems worth it, as she stayed with her cheating husband, Anthony Weiner, through a flirtation with a stripper, a frat boy posing as a woman, and a 15-year-old. Now she is said to be living with Weiner, who is unemployed once again, as her professional future seems dim.

And Abedin, who used to highlight her toothy grin with crimson lipstick, always smiling for the camera, now seems to be shunning the spotlight, and has even been caught by photographers, mid-sob.

Do you think Huma Abedin’s marital situation contributed to the Clinton loss?
