Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui was arrested while trying to get on a plane with marijuana at Dulles Airport.

Law enforcement told TMZ that the Fifth Harmony singer was stopped at a TSA checkpoint and forced to submit to a secondary search. A TSA staffer found what appeared to be a bag of marijuana in Lauren Jauregui’s carry-on luggage.

The police were flagged down in the airport terminal, and the singer was promptly arrested.

The Washington Dulles International Airport is located in Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Virginia, 26 miles west of downtown Washington, D.C. Marijuana is not legal in the state of Virginia.

Lauren, 20, and the other four Fifth Harmony members — Ally Brooke, 23, Normani Hamilton, 20, Camila Cabello, 19, and Dinah Jane Hansen, 19 — were headed to Brazil where they were set to perform on Wednesday night for Vevo’s Fun Pop Festival.

It is unclear as to whether Lauren and the rest of the girls made it to Brazil for the concert. So far, there has not been any word of a cancellation of their appearance.
