Pippa Middleton Spreads Christmas Cheer By Sharing Recipes From ‘Heartfelt’ Cookbook, Amid Wedding Detail Reports

Pippa is doing her part to spread holiday cheer during this festive season by sharing her healthy recipes from her new cookbook, Heartfelt. The sister to the Duchess of Cambridge joined an afternoon tea on Monday with members of a heart support group, The British Heart Foundation, where talk focused on the latest effort by Middleton and members tried some tasty bites based on recipes from the book.

Each of the members that joined the group had experienced their own challenges involving heart health, such as heart attacks and bypass surgeries. The 33-year-old is an ambassador for the British Heart Foundation and proceeds from the cookbook are set to go to the foundation.

A member of the British Heart Foundation’s Heart Support Groups, Eileen Hunt, shared about the experience with Pippa.

“I had such a wonderful afternoon. I’d heard about the new cookbook but hadn’t had a chance to take a look at it yet. Having Pippa there and getting to sample some of the tasty dishes was such a wonderful surprise and a lovely treat.”

What did the newly-engaged beauty have to say about the experience? People notes the word’s of Pippa Middleton in regards to the cheerful gathering.

“It was wonderful to see first-hand the difference heart support groups make to people’s lives, and it was a pleasure to share some of the dishes from Heartfelt with the group,” she said.

Prior to the book’s launch earlier this year, Middleton gave an exclusive interview about its contents, in addition to speaking about how she is perceived by the masses. Middleton commented about the negative labels she has received over the years since she became famous in 2011, when acting as maid of honor for her royal sister Kate. Pippa spoke about how fame has caused her to develop a “thick skin.” The Daily Mail relayed Middleton’s words.

“I have had a few years of being in the public eye and I have developed something of a thick skin,’ she says. ‘But managing it all on my own has been quite hard. I have quite a lot thrown at me, such as being followed by people hiding behind cars and jumping out with cameras. It can be unnerving. ‘There’s always something cropping up and that has to be managed on my own. It’s been a real eye-opener for James. There have been quite a few hurdles to negotiate.”

The fitness enthusiast went on to share the irritations attached to remarks about her that accuse her of being an individual who lacks motivation or substance, stating”‘People see me as someone privileged who has used my position to advantage; that I don’t really work, that I am a socialite – that word really irritates me – and that I’m a party girl without any substance.”

The younger sister to the Duchess clearly is not lacking substance as she constantly works to be of benefit to various charities and is always pushing herself to meet new challenges. She and her soon-to-be hubby James Matthews became engaged in July of this year and are constantly participating in races of various kinds and with varying degrees of difficulties.

Details about the pair’s wedding are slowly being made known, yet the nuptials are apparently set to be a family event and quite a bit smaller than her royal sister’s, as expected. Clearly, Pippa won’t have millions of viewers tuning in to watch her walk down the aisle. The date for the big day has been confirmed to be in spring of 2017, and speculations about dress designer and flower arrangements have been reported on based on sightings of Middleton and those in her presence, as of late.

Middleton is sure to pull together a spectacular ceremony and event, due to her experience in the field of party-planning, and is said to have a very hands-on role in it all. Pippa’s impeccable taste means it will be an event that won’t soon be forgotten.
