Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson News: Relationship Remark Upsets The Actor?

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson met on the set of Twilight back in 2008, and the actress instantly realized that he was the one for her. The rumored couple remained out of the public eye, but several eyewitness accounts resulted in intense media coverage. After the news of Stewart getting too close with Rupert Sanders surfaced online, the Water For Elephant star chose to walk away from her.

After their breakup, Twilight fans speculated that, sooner or later, these two would resolve their differences and Pattinson would forgive the actress. However, this did not happen.

After their breakup, the Remember Me star started dating FKA Twigs, with whom he is currently engaged. On the other hand, the Personal Shopper actress chose to date her personal assistant, Alicia Cargile.

Fans of the Twilight saga had always wondered why there was a shift in Kristen Stewart’s sexuality after Robert Pattinson announced his engagement with FKA Twigs.

Robert Pattinson’s ex-girlfriend told Nylon Magazine that after parting ways from Robert Pattinson, she feels very reluctant when someone labels her according to her sexual preferences.

“If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it. But I am an actress, man. I live in the f*****g ambiguity of this life and I love it.”

In March of 2016, French actress and musician SoKo officially confirmed her relationship with Kristen Stewart. However, the duo parted their ways after dating for three months.

Soon after that, Kristen Stewart again started dating Cargile for a brief period of time. These days, she is in a serious relationship with St. Vincent.

Apart from candidly talking about her sexual preferences and dating life, Kristen Stewart recently talked about her relationship with Robert Pattinson. The Clouds of Sils Maria star stated during her conversation with T Magazine that the media attention her relationship got was kind of “gross” for her, and it highly affected her time on the sets of Twilight saga.

“People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product,” she told the magazine. “It wasn’t real life anymore.”

Fans of Kristen Stewart know for a fact that while dating Robert Pattinson, she never talked about her personal feelings. But now, as she is happy with her current girlfriend, she does not feel that kind of media pressure.

“I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive,” she added.

After Stewart’s comment on her relationship with Pattinson surfaced online, many started to wonder how the actor would take this news. A source close to the former couple told to Hollywood Life that Stewart’s comments have wounded Pattinson.

“Robert heard Kristen’s comments and although he isn’t shocked he is deeply wounded. She seems to be going out of her way to hurt him and he doesn’t know why.

“They have both moved on, so there is no reason to disrespect what they had in the past. He knows she probably didn’t mean to come off as harsh, but it still isn’t fun.”

Furthermore, Robert Pattinson himself has stated that the hardest part of his breakup with Kristen Stewart was the media attention and fans’ concern.

“The hardest part was talking about it afterward. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can’t predict,” says the actor during his interview with Esquire. “It’s like that scene in Doubt [the 2008 film in which Philip Seymour Hoffman plays a priest suspected of inappropriate behavior], where he’s talking about how to take back gossip? They throw all those feathers from a pillow into the sky and you’ve got to go and collect all the feathers.”
