Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Embark On A Winter Getaway With Her Kids
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton just embarked on a family getaway with her three kids.
Over the weekend, Shelton reportedly treated his girlfriend and her children, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, to a winter vacation in Lake Arrowhead, California, where they reportedly had the time of their lives.
“[Gwen Stefani] and the gang were all smiles with Blake by their side,” Hollywood Life revealed to readers on December 11. “Looks like Gwen’s boys have had no trouble warming up to the Voice judge, as they were totally proud to go out wearing matching camouflage with him.”
In photos of the happy couple, Gwen Stefani was seen pushing Apollo in a stroller while Shelton and her two oldest sons walked behind her in matching camouflage jackets.
Gwen Stefani welcomed all three of her children during her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale, which came to an end last August.
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale parted ways in summer 2015 and months later, the Bush singer was accused of having a years-long affair with their former nanny, Mindy Mann. According to an Us Weekly report at the time, Gwen Stefani discovered news of her then-husband’s alleged affair from one of her other staff members last February and was made privy to shocking text messages sent between the pair on the family’s iPad.
Although Gwen Stefani was reportedly informed of Rossdale and Minn’s alleged interaction in February of last year, he reportedly did not confirm the allegations against him until months later, when Stefani filed documents to end their marriage.
Months after Gwen Stefani’s divorce was confirmed, she and Blake Shelton struck up a romance as they filmed the ninth season of The Voice.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating late last year and have been very open with their romance ever since they went public last November during an after party for the Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to sharing photos of one another on social media, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have openly flirted with one another on The Voice and are often photographed together in Los Angeles and Oklahoma.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have also discussed their relationship during interviews. Most recently, Shelton appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he gushed over his “hot” and “grounded” girlfriend.
“Believe it or not, I mean, you think — Gwen Stefani and No Doubt, but she is literally maybe the most normal person that I’ve ever met in my life. It’s been good for me to be with somebody that’s so grounded and just a good human being with a great heart… And she’s hot!” he told DeGeneres, via Hollywood Life. “Have you seen her? I mean…look at that.”
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton haven’t appeared on The Voice together for the past couple of seasons, but during the show’s upcoming 12th season next spring, they will be reunited.
“We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12,” Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Reality Group, NBC Entertainment, said in a statement in October, via Deadline. “With Miley returning for season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons.”
As Gwen Stefani prepares to make her comeback in 2017, Blake Shelton and his current co-stars, including Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine and Alicia Keys, continue to compete against one another in the 11th season of The Voice, which is currently airing every Monday and Tuesday night on NBC at 8 p.m.
The Voice Season 12 will premiere on NBC on Monday, February 27.
