Drake Allegedly Desperate To End Nicki Minaj Feud Amid Meek Mill Dispute [Rumor]

Drake is allegedly desperate to end his ongoing feud with Nicki Minaj, it has been claimed.

The Canadian rapper, who allegedly hasn’t spoken to his former close pal since his rap battle with Meek Mill erupted last summer, has found himself thinking about Minaj more than ever as of late, Hollywood Life reveals.

A series of photos that emerged on his timeline of Nicki Minaj celebrating her birthday in Turks and Caicos has really reminded him of how much he has missed speaking to her, the source continues.

Back in 2015, it was claimed that Nicki felt the move of Drake to publicly bash her boyfriend in several songs was childish, despite the fact that Meek ignited the feud to begin with.

Mill had made claims that Drake was working with multiple ghostwriters, who allegedly helped him pen some of his biggest hits. Meek’s claims ended up backfiring when Drake released his Grammy-nominated single “Back to Back,” where he goes on to mock Mill’s relationship with Nicki before going on to insinuate that he can never be dethroned.

Hearing the song seemed to have been enough for Nicki to cut ties with Drake, who holds some of his biggest features with the female rapper. But as the source already mentions, Nicki is in no place to squash her feud with the “One Dance” hitmaker — at least until the drama involving her boyfriend is settled.

“Seeing her in these pics is making him reminisce on the good times they had and how she used to grind on him in their music videos,” the insider gushed.

“He’s looking at the bikini pics on social media that were posted today and is like dayum! He’s drooling at how beautiful she is and how her body is too too much for any one man to have. Seeing how bomb Nicki looks at 34, Drake’s glad to be in his 30’s.”

Fans have been stunned by the supposed fact that Nicki hasn’t found it in herself to make peace with Drake, especially when considering the fact that the drama concerning the Canadian rapper and her boyfriend has nothing to do with their friendship.

With reports claiming that the “Super Bass” star will soon be preparing for motherhood and her longtime plans to get married, there’s an understanding as to why Nicki can’t side with Drake if all isn’t well between her on-again, off-again friend and the man she plans to spend the rest of her life with.

Reports concerning Drake’s continuous feud with Nicki Minaj comes just one month after it was claimed that the 30-year-old had ended his relationship with Rihanna.

The twosome, who dated throughout the year, reportedly decided to go their separate ways, citing their hectic schedules as the main reason behind their move to call it quits.

It’s no secret that both Nicki and Drake have been in the studio lately. Minaj is gearing up for the release of her next album, according to Digital Spy, while Drake has found himself collaborating with plenty of artists in recent months, including Taylor Swift.

Fans are still hopeful that Drake and Nicki will eventually find it in themselves to set the drama aside and get back to being the best of friends. After all, some of their biggest songs have come from their collaborative efforts together on songs which include “Only,” “Moment 4 Life,” and “Make Me Proud.”
