Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx Are In No Rush To Make Their Alleged Romance Public [Report]

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have yet to go pubic with their alleged romance, but still, rumors regarding their potential courtship continue to swirl.

Although Katie Holmes has made several appearances this week, including an appearance on Live! with Kelly on December 9, she has stayed quiet about her personal life — and about the man she is believed to have been dating for the past three years. Instead, she’s focused on her booming career, which includes her upcoming directorial debut in All We Had.

While Katie Holmes stays mum, as does Foxx, a source claims the alleged couple is in no rush to publicly confirm their rumored romance.

“[Katie Holmes] is in no rush whatsoever to make things with Jamie official,” a source told Hollywood Life days ago. “She has no desire to ever be involved again in the kind of circus that was created after she started dating Tom [Cruise], so she’s very happy to keep things on the DL.”

Katie Holmes may be keeping her alleged relationship on the down low but she did recently set the record straight in regard to the ongoing rumors about her reported secret wedding to Foxx. Earlier this month, Katie Holmes ignored questions about whether or not she was single, but did confirm that she was not married.

In another report, it was noted that Katie Holmes, who was married to Tom Cruise from 2006 until 2012, is happier than ever and planning to keep her private life to herself as she potentially moves forward with her rumored romance with Foxx, who starred alongside Cruise in the 2004 film Collateral.

“[Katie Holmes]’s life now, compared to back then, is like night and day — and she is SO much happier!” an insider revealed to Hollywood Life. “She has vowed never to allow her life to be lived under the media spotlight again, and Jamie is very happy with the way things are too.”

Also happy is Katie Holmes’ daughter, Suri Cruise, who is reportedly a fan of her mom’s rumored boyfriend.

“Katie’s priority in life is Suri, if Suri is happy, so is she — and Suri is flourishing,” the insider said. “Suri loves Jamie, she loves living a simple, regular life, and she and Katie are super super close.”

As for the possibility of a wedding between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx, there have been swirling rumors for the past several months, but according to the Hollywood Life source, Katie Holmes doesn’t see a reason to change anything between her and Foxx at this point in time.

“As far as [Katie Holmes] is concerned, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” the insider explained of the couple’s rumored relationship and Holmes’ lack of a desire to go public.

“[Katie Holmes is] very happy to keep things on the DL.”

Weeks ago, a source opened up to Hollywood Life about the rumored romance between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx and revealed the actress loved a lot of different things about her alleged leading man.

“[Katie Holmes] loves Jamie for so many reasons — he’s handsome, smart, funny and caring,” the source told Hollywood Life. “As if that wasn’t enough he’s also so sweet to her, telling her how gorgeous she is constantly. He treats her like the most beautiful woman in the world. Jamie makes Katie feel incredibly sexy… It’s the most special romantic relationship Katie’s ever had.”

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been infamously quiet about the nature of their relationship but ever since they reportedly hit it off at a charity event in The Hamptons in 2013, they have been regularly seen together.
