Kenya Moore On Porsha Williams: Does She See A Change In Her ‘RHOA’ Co-Star?

Kenya Moore is very dedicated to getting her relationship back on track on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Things were working out well last year when she started dating Matt Jordan, but things have escalated between them. They got very serious and Kenya considered moving him into her new home. However, his insecurities started to surface, as Kenya couldn’t even celebrate her business success on Instagram without him becoming too insecure and jealous. And while Moore is putting in the effort to fixing her relationship, she isn’t putting in the same effort into fixing her friendship with Porsha Williams.

According to a new Bravo report, Kenya Moore is now revealing why she chose not to invite Porsha to her housewarming party. In an interview with Bravo, Kenya reveals that she actually invited the person who got into a fight with Williams last year at Phaedra Parks’ Christmas party. And Moore was scared that Porsha would get into a fight with someone at her own housewarming party, so she decided not to invite her. But it sounds like things have changed, as Kenya talked to Bravo in November about her feelings toward Porsha.

“I don’t really have anything against her,” Kenya Moore explained to Bravo about her feelings towards her co-star, adding, “I feel like that was an incident at my home where I specifically didn’t invite someone who I felt would bring bad energy there.”

When asked more about her decision, Moore reveals that she wanted to keep the peace in her home, which is why she decided not to invite Porsha. Plus, at the time, Kenya Moore was trying to figure out what was going on with her relationship, as she and Matt hadn’t seen one another in about a month. So rather than invite her violent co-star, Kenya Moore decided to just leave out the invitation and keep her party calm.

“I just chose not to invite [Porsha],” Kenya explained, adding, “It’s as simple as that.”

Moore also opened up about her decision to skip out on the invitation in her Bravo blog after the housewarming had aired on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Of course, Williams showed up to the housewarming without being invited, because she came as Phaedra Parks’ date. And in her blog, Kenya’s description of why Porsha didn’t get an invitation was simple.

“Only invited guests were allowed in my home,” Kenya Moore wrote in her blog for the show.

Many viewers were critical of Kenya’s decision to kick Porsha out of the housewarming party, when she was so open and warm when Matt came to the party without an invitation. She had just talked about how Matt had been a violent person as well, but she was quick to forgive his mistakes. And this didn’t seem right with viewers.

“Prior to the housewarming, Matt and I hadn’t spoken for weeks. In fact, he still has clothes in my ‘his’ closet. I was still concerned with his outburst in Mexico. After a year and a half of dating, he had never shown any propensity toward violence. As such, there was no cause for alarm with Matt showing up as there is a difference between attacking a window and attacking people. I never felt he would harm me at any point, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. With that said, I had mixed emotions. I was happy to see him, but we had unresolved issues,” Kenya Moore explains in her blog about her relationship problems with Matt, according to Bravo.

What do you think of Kenya Moore’s comments about Porsha Williams now? Do you think these two could be civil in the future?
