Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Divorce Rumors ‘Completely False,’ Says Source [Debunked]
The last few months have been difficult for both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. As if Kim’s Paris robbery hasn’t been trying enough, Kanye suffered a mental breakdown that had him sent to the hospital for nine days.
Amid all these, numerous reports emerged claiming that Kardashian and West are headed for a divorce on account of their personal struggles. However, a source close to the couple said that the rumor is false, as reported by People.
“This divorce stuff is completely false,” the source said. “Kim does not have any plans to divorce Kanye. She’s told me it’s false. The picture that’s being painted is that she is planning on leaving him because of the robbery and this [hospitalization] incident.”
Kardashian has reportedly stayed at her husband’s bedside all throughout his stay at the UCLA Medical Center, where he was admitted due to exhaustion and sleep deprivation. This occurred after West canceled the remaining dates in his Saint Pablo tour on November 21. West reportedly had Thanksgiving dinner with wife Kim before she flew back to Los Angeles to celebrate the holidays with the Kardashian clan. The “Famous” rapper was released from the UCLA Medical Center last week.
Kardashian had suffered emotional trauma from her Paris robbery as well. Months after the horrific robbery in early October, Kim and her two children stayed at Jenner’s home while her husband went on his tour. Not accustomed to not having his wife around on tour, West was constantly worried about her wife’s safety. This, along with his grueling tour schedule, contributed to the rapper’s erratic behavior and eventual mental breakdown.
“He’s just exhausted,” a source said. “He’s been working around the clock on fashion design, both on his own line and the Adidas line. He’s a notorious workaholic, so balancing both that work — which is extremely important to him – and the rigors of the tour every night, it really wore him out.”

Despite his release from the hospital, Kanye West has been receiving intensive treatment as an outpatient back at home.
“Kanye came home for several reasons,” an insider tells E! News. “Saint and North being one. Kanye is feeling better but is seeking outpatient support and help.”
The source added that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s children “are very happy and don’t really have any idea what’s happening with their dad.”
In light of this, there have been reports claiming that Kim is feeling “overwhelmed” by their family’s predicament and concerned about Kanye’s relationship with their kids. It reportedly got to the point where Kim decided that West live in a separate house.
“Kanye isn’t at home with Kim and the kids,” the source says. “He is instead receiving outpatient care elsewhere with a medical team. Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don’t know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care.”
Though they are living separately for the meantime, a source said that the pair “love each other deeply” despite their frustrations and problems.
“There are frustrations and problems, like any relationship, but they love each other deeply,” a source told People.
Amid the divorce controversy, Kanye West has made his first appearance since his hospitalization, this time sporting blonde hair.
The 39-year-old rapper has been spotted attending the Rick Owens: Furniture exhibition at the MOCA Pacific Design Centre in West Hollywood on Thursday. Artist Giovanni Bassan snapped a photo of the rapper and shared it on Instagram.
“K s in da house,” Bassan captioned the Instagram photo.
Also, sources close to Kanye told TMZ that the rapper is feeling more “relaxed and focused,” and that he’s building a temporary studio in his Bel-Air mansion so he can create new music.
