Prince Harry’s Girlfriend Meghan Markle Seen Wearing Necklace Bearing The Pair’s Initials — Is An Engagement On The Horizon?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shown time and time again that they’re head over heels for each other despite their efforts to keep their relationship private. And just recently, a beaming Markle was spotted wearing a 14-karat necklace bearing the pair’s initials.

The Suits actress was spotted walking the streets of Toronto with two bouquets of tulips tucked under one arm.

Upon closer look, the necklace Markle was wearing has two tiny letters — an H and an M — hanging from it.

The necklace was reportedly designed by Los Angeles-based designer Maya Brenner, according to Mirror. The customized jewelry retails at $240, as is listed on the designer’s official website.

This is not the first time Markle was seen wearing a memento of her romance with Harry. Not long after Harry himself confirmed his relationship with the actress, the two were spotted wearing matching bracelets on numerous occasions, the Toronto Sun reports. During his visit to NAZ, a London-based charity supporting those living with HIV, Harry was seen wearing a blue, white and black beaded bracelet, which is identical to the one worn by Meghan in some of her Instagram posts.

Meghan Markle was spotted wearing the necklace with the pair’s initials around the time it was reported that Prince Harry made a detour to Canada from his trip to the Caribbean islands. Harry was initially planning on returning to his London home but later decided to visit Meghan in Toronto instead.

“Harry just couldn’t wait to see her. He was due to fly back to London on a British Airways flight with the
rest of his entourage,” a friend said.

“But he changed his mind and diverted straight to see her as they couldn’t bear to be apart.”

“It’s just another sign of how head-over-heels he is about her.”

“He is absolutely besotted. We’ve never seen him so happy – it’s great,” the friend added.

Prince Harry recently went on a 15-day tour of the Caribbean, where he visited Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Grenada, St Kitss and Nevis, St Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

During his trip to Barbados, Harry met pop singer Rihanna. He also visited Joshua House Children’s Centre in Guyana’s capital Georgetown, which houses impoverished and neglected children.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle last saw each other three weeks ago when the actress visited Nottingham Cottage in the grounds of Kensington Palace.

It was in that same week when Harry confirmed his relationship with Markle with a strongly-worded statement relayed via Kensington Palace.

“His girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment. Some of this has been very public — the smear on the front page of a national newspaper; the racial undertones of comment pieces; and the outright sexism and racism of social media trolls and web article comments,” read the statement via the palace Twitter account.

The palace said in the statement that Ms. Markle’s friend and family have been pestered by reporters and photographers wanting to learn more details about the relationship.

The early announcement sparked rumors that the romance could lead to an engagement sooner than expected.

And it’s looking like the speculation is warranted, given that Harry recently introduced his new girlfriend to his brother Prince William, 34. Markle is yet to meet Kate, however.

Meghan Markle just wrapped up the filming for the sixth season of Suits and recently said that she plans on traveling in December, which could be a hint that she and Harry are about to have their first romantic holiday together.

“My cup runneth over and I’m the luckiest girl in the world,” she said.
