Becca Tilley Confirms The Most Obvious Post-‘Bachelor’ Relationship Ever

Becca Tilley has found her man. The two-time Bachelor contestant didn’t get a final rose, but she still got a relationship thanks to the ABC reality franchise. Tilley told Us Weekly that the long-rumored relationship between her and Bachelorette alum Robert Graham is the real deal.

“I am dating Robert, it’s fun,” Becca told Us.

“We’ve been friends for a long time and it was just a natural progression, and he’s just amazing and been patient with me. I need someone that’s patient and willing to deal with me, and he’s been that way. We have the same group of friends so it’s very natural when we hang out and it’s very, just, casual. I just like him.”

Becca Tilley has been vocal about the fact that she is a virgin and that she has never been in love before, so that may be what she is referring to when she says she needs a man who’s “patient.” Tilley also told ET Online that her romantic relationship with Robert developed over time, so it wasn’t a rush job like the couples on The Bachelor.

“He’s amazing,” Tilley said. “We’ve been friends for a long time so it just progressed naturally. There was an ‘ah-ha!’ moment, but it was kind of like it had just been there and then, it just was like, ‘What am I doing?’ I’m really stepping out of my shell. I didn’t have to go on a reality show to meet someone.”

Becca Tilley was the runner-up on Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor and she made a return for Ben Higgins’ season as well. Robert Graham was a contestant on Desiree Hartsock’s season of The Bachelorette and he later appeared on Season 2 of the summertime spinoff show, Bachelor in Paradise.

Fans have been speculating for months that Becca and Robert could be an item. Tilley and Graham first sparked relationship buzz when they began posting a series of selfies and vacation photos together on social media earlier this year. In November, Robert shared Instagram photos of him and Becca vacationing in New York. The photos included poses at One World Observatory and Central Park.

The couple also went on a group vacation to Greece, and most recently Becca revealed that Robert, who lives in Arizona, flew to Los Angeles and whipped up a full Thanksgiving meal for her.

As for her reality TV quest for love, Becca Tilley previously told Us that she didn’t think she would be a good fit for Bachelor in Paradise because “it’s an even more rushed process” than the original Bachelor shows.

“There have been great people that have found love on there, but I don’t know if it would be something that I would be good in,” Becca told the magazine earlier this year. “If I couldn’t find it on my show, then a shorter amount of time probably wouldn’t work for me either.”

Of course, now it looks like Tilley has found love on her own terms. Even though Chris Harrison and a pile of roses weren’t involved, Tilley can thank the ABC reality franchise for helping her to find love. And Becca and Robert aren’t the first Bachelor “rejects” to hook up after the cameras stopped rolling, either. In fact, some of the most lasting couples got together after their subsequent Bachelor shows ended, including Jesse Csincsak and Ann Leuders, who are married and currently expecting their third child together, and Chris Lambton and Peyton Wright, who also married and just welcomed a baby.
