Channing Tatum Sends Birthday Love To His ‘Pot Of Gold,’ Jenna Dewan Tatum

Proving romance is not dead, Channing Tatum is drawing attention and envy with his latest act of love for wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, sending her a public birthday message via social media. The message, filled with the dreamy, love-struck sentiments of a classic poet, is only the latest way in which Channing and Jenna stay connected as husband and wife, amid keeping a strong professional connection. Jenna turned 36 on Saturday and Channing made sure to make that moment memorable in the best of ways for his wife and the mother of their three-year-old daughter, Everly Tatum.

Channing Tatum Sends Birthday Wishes To His “Pot Of Gold”

People reports that Channing Tatum shared the news of Jenna’s birthday with his Twitter followers, as he posted a picture of himself with his wife. Behind the couple, a rainbow can be seen spread across the sky, making the couple’s embrace seem that much more special. It was the perfect picture with which to send Channing’s birthday message to Dewan-Tatum.

“I’m not sure if this woman is my Rainbow or my pot of gold but I’m lucky either way,” Mr. Tatum captioned the photo. “Happy birthday cake baby!”

Channing wasn’t alone in marking the special day with social media posts. Jenna responded to the overwhelming quantity of birthday wishes she had received via Instagram, thanking all of her fans and followers for thinking of her on Saturday.

“Kisses for all of you!! THANK YOU for my happy birthday wishes!!!!” Ms. Dewan-Tatum wrote on Instagram. “I can’t possibly thank you all individually, but please know I love you all and words can’t explain how grateful I am for your love and support always.”

Jenna and Channing Tatum began dating after they met on the set of 2006’s Step Up and married three years later in 2009.

Evelyn Tatum Has Style – Just Ask Jenna

Jenna Dewan-Tatum was the recipient of a Dyson Style Renegade Award this week, but, as E! News reports, it was Jenna’s little girl, Evelyn, who really has the greatest sense of style in the family. Like most parents, Jenna and Channing Tatum used to dress Evelyn in what they considered to be adorable outfits, but, as their daughter grew out of her infancy, she has informed the Tatums that she will be dressing herself.

Apparently, Evelyn Tatum has her own ideas of what she should be wearing and, much like a true princess, she has decided her wardrobe should have a royal theme.

“The only thing she wants to wear is purple leggings and a purple shirt and a princess dress,” Jenna dished. “I love that she has her own style, and she’s very specific and she’s very true about it. ‘I wear purple leggings. That’s it.'”

So what does Channing think? He’s very supportive of both mother and daughter, though he sometimes has doubts when Jenna first introduces him to a new outfit. Ms. Dewan-Tatum says Channing is often surprised to see her “pull off” outfits that would look ridiculous on anyone else.

“There’s only been a few times that he’s said, ‘Eh that’s a little weird,'” admits Ms. Dewan-Tatum.

While Channing certainly is devoted to his wife and Evelyn, he’s not above auctioning himself off for a good cause. Tatum is hosting a Vegas VIP trip for one lucky winner with proceeds to benefit AIDS research. The event has been set up to mark World AIDS Day.
