‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 Spoilers: Theon’s Rage Will Be Unleashed

Game of Thrones Season 7 is yet to be released sometime next year, but there are so many spoilers making the rounds online that fans of the show have a rough idea of what will happen in the upcoming season.

Some Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers showed that Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) will finally meet up with Jon Snow (Kit Harington), some spoilers show that Gregor Clegane (Hafþor Julius Bjornsson) will finally lock horns with his brother, Sandor (Rory McCann).

Most of those Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers feature a progression in the overall story that seems inevitable, like Daenerys and the Tyrells banding together to bring Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) down.

But one particular rumor from the Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers might feature a change in direction that some fans of the show might not expect, and it has something to do with Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen).

Alfie Allen recently attended the Malta India Fan Convention and he spoke briefly about the character he plays in the show and a glimpse into the Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers.

According to the English actor, in the upcoming season his character, Theon Greyjoy, will finally get to express his rage after spending several seasons cringing at the sight of his greatest tormentor, the late Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon).

Theon was once an arrogant boy but when he crossed paths with Ramsay, the latter tortured and humiliated the son of the late Balon Greyjoy (Patrick Malahide) into submission and what came out of that ordeal was more like an animal than a man.

Fortunately, Theon was able to survive Ramsay’s cruelty, and he was even able to escape from captivity in Season 6 when he helped Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) flee from Winterfell.

Theon eventually rejoined his sister, Yara Greyjoy (Gemma Whelan), in the Iron Islands where he had to flee once more, this time with his sister because their uncle, Euron (Pilou Asbæk), took control of the throne and tried to have them killed.

It seems that after suffering from physical torture and humiliation for so many years, Theon is ready to fight back and according to Alfie Allen, his character is even willing to lose all restraint when he decides to retaliate.

Allen, 30, spoke with reporters at the Malta Indian Fan Convention and he offered some credible Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers.

He said that his character is, “Skittish and full of fear…” but he added that Theon might eventually fly into a rage, which is quite possible seeing how much pain and suffering he had to endure.

But the English actor stopped short of giving away more Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers. He simply implied that Theon might finally find the strength and courage to fight back against his oppressors.

Although with Ramsay gone, who could be the person that Theon’s rage will be directed at?

According to TMZ, it might be Euron Greyjoy, Theon’s uncle who took the throne from them and killed their father.

TMZ got a hold of the on-set photos of the production of Game of Thrones Season 7, and it shows several scenes where Alfie Allen was fighting against Pilou Asbæk, which clearly indicates that their characters are going to try and kill each other in the upcoming season.

The photos also show that Euron’s men are standing by and watching uncle and nephew trade blows, which might also indicate that the two men have engaged in a personal battle with death as the only outcome.

Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers seem to imply that Theon will finally stop being the cowardly man that he was in the last four seasons and he might finally find the strength to oppose those who dare to threaten him.
