Chelsea Houska Already Planning Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss As She Shows Off Growing Baby Bump

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska is preparing to welcome her second baby in February and already has her post-pregnancy weight loss plan in the works.

The 25-year-old has been keeping fans updated via social media as her baby bump continues to grow. However, Houska is also sharing how she plans to slim down after giving birth. Earlier this week, the expectant mom shared a flashback photo on Instagram that shows her wearing a waist trainer. Chelsea said she can’t wait to get her pre-pregnancy body back with help from the garments following her son’s birth next year.

She invited fans to follow her journey and also buy a waist trainer themselves using her discount code. But the weight loss posts— and ads— didn’t stop with just the trainer. Last month, Houska shared yet another weight loss product when she posted a photo holding a Bootea shake jar. Chelsea said she’s looking forward to starting the shake after her pregnancy in the caption for the ad.

Despite her apparent eagerness to lose the baby weight, Houska is also embracing her pregnancy as she shares baby bump photos with fans. The reality star has posted several updates showing her pregnancy progress as her due date nears. Already mom to 7-year-old daughter, Aubree, Chelsea is expecting a baby boy with husband Cole DeBoer.

She took to Instagram a few weeks ago to share the exciting news as fans eagerly awaited to find out the baby’s gender.

“Can’t wait to add a little man to our crazy crew!”

Chelsea also said Cole can’t wait to have a son and go hunting and fishing, and the baby’s closet is already full of plaid clothing as the couple prepares for the birth, according to her blog site.

“Cole is the PROUDEST man I have ever seen, and cannot wait to have his son. He’s already planning his future hunting and fishing trips, haha!”

While Houska is planning for her post-pregnancy weight loss regime, this isn’t the first time she shared her workout secrets with fans. Prior to her wedding, Chelsea was sharing gym snaps and nutrition supplement photos on social media, according to In Touch Weekly. Since announcing her second pregnancy, she has also been hitting the gym under doctor supervision.

Chelsea posted a photo while lifting weights a few months ago, saying she wants to be a fit mom and her doctor gave her the okay for certain workouts.

“Takin it super easy at the gym…but still wanna be a fit mama! glad my dr gave the OK!”

The MTV star joins the likes of Coco Austin and Angela Simmons, two celeb moms who publicly shared their fit pregnancies and postpartum weight loss journies on social media.

Both Austin and Simmons— much like Chelsea— worked out during their pregnancies to stay as fit as possible, according to their Instagram accounts. With fans eagerly watching to see their favorite celebrities get their post-baby bodies back, it should come as no surprise these moms stop at nothing to lose the pregnancy weight.

New mom Blac Chyna has also made headlines as she shares her postpartum weight loss with fans. She attributes her impressive weight loss to breast feeding but has also shared photos supporting Teami Blends Skinny Tea.

As Hollywood continues to obsess over new moms quickly losing baby weight, fans will probably not be surprised to see Chelsea promoting weight loss products for the remainder of her pregnancy. However, it’s also refreshing to see the young mom embracing her temporary curves as she prepares to welcome baby number two. Without a doubt, though, Teen Mom fans will be watching Houska’s journey as she once again slims down post-baby.
