Global Elite Preparing For Nibiru Apocalypse In September 2017: ‘But They Don’t Have A Plan For Us, Only For Themselves,’ Claims Vivos CEO Robert Vicino [Video]

Robert Vicino, CEO of the survival firm Vivos, shockingly claimed that the global elite have a top-secret plan to survive the allegedly imminent Planet X or Nibiru global apocalypse. But the plan provides only for members of the elite class. The rest of humanity will be left to die, according to Vicino.

The elite know that the end of the world is coming, Vicino claimed, and they are busy preparing deep underground bunkers for survival following new evidence that Planet Nibiru, also known as Planet X, is looming in space.

Nibiru will pass through our inner solar system in September 2017, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake, conspiracy theorists claim.

The global elite in collaboration with world governments, including the U.S. and U.K. governments, recently stepped up implementation of already prepared plans by completing the construction of a massive underground complex in Denver. The complex is linked to the White House and the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. by a high-tech, high-speed train transportation system, Vicino claimed.

The secret network of the global elite has also completed similar massive underground survival complexes across the world. The complexes, according to Vicino, will be connected by high-tech, high-speed trains.

A massive underground base is also nearing completion deep beneath the Rocky Mountains in the U.S.

But Vicino claimed that members of the elite class are providing only for themselves. Ordinary citizens will not be allowed to seek refuge inside the specially equipped survival facilities, according to The Sun.

“They do not have a plan for you and me, but they have a plan for themselves,” Vicino said.

He cited the recent massive Russian civil defense drill involving about 40 million citizens as evidence that the global elite are preparing for a worldwide catastrophe.

“You have to ask yourself, why did Russia just have a drill for 40 million people?” he said.

According to Vicino, the U.S. government has been involved in the project to build underground survival bunkers for the political elite, their families, and friends since 1983.

Preparations for the survival of the allegedly imminent Nibiru apocalypse have involved the construction of the biggest of the shelters located in Denver, beneath the Rocky Mountains, in Colorado. The shelter has space for only 10,000 members of the elite classes, such as the president, members of Congress, governors, billionaires, celebrities, and their NWO-Illuminati cronies.

The complex is linked to Washington D.C., the White House and the Capitol, through a high-tech, high-speed underground train system, Vicino claimed, according to Express.

“They built them with one of those giant drills which the British and French used to dig the Channel Tunnel,” Vicino said. “Except these are nuclear powered and they glazed the walls of site into glass so it hardened.”

“There were stories in the late 90s and early part of this century where people across the United States, small towns in the mid east, could hear something which sounded like a train beneath their cities, day after day, but no one knew what it was,” he continued.

The elite have been covering up the true reason for the recent feverish pace of construction of underground bunkers, saying that it is part of preparation for a nuclear event or World War 3. But the real purpose of the ongoing underground construction is preparation for the arrival of Planet X, also known as Nibiru, according to Vicino.

Conspiracy theorists recently claimed new evidence that the long-expected Planet X or Nibiru will pass through our inner solar system in September 2017.

When the massive Planet X, believed to the many times bigger than Earth, passes through our inner solar system, Earth will be caught in its powerful magnetic field. This would spark a catastrophic shower of debris that will destroy cities and kill billions of people around the world, Vicino claimed.

“They know something is coming, and I do not think they built those shelters deep underground for World War Three – because you do not have to go that deep,” he said. “I believe they know something is coming which is epic and they have known about for decades when Nibiru was discovered by the IRAS telescope.”

“It was announced then it was suppressed, no government agency was allowed to ever discuss it again,” he concluded.

But critics have accused Vicino of cynically peddling alarmist conspiracy theory to promote his business, Vivos, which specializes in building specially equipped underground survival bunkers.

The bunkers are designed to help users survive a nuclear strike.

But Vicino has denied the allegation.

“No government in the world is going to tell you about something life threatening unless they have a solution for you because otherwise it is going to cause social meltdown,” he said. “People that think it is crazy are the ones who have not spent any time doing research. It is easy to say ‘the sky is not blue’ if you have never done any research on what colour the sky really is.”

“If you’re not well read and sit there playing with an iPhone and watching television, you are probably already a walking zombie, but they should not demean those people who have taken the time to deeply research this stuff,” he concluded.
