Mila Kunis & Ashton Kutcher Welcome 2nd Baby: Her Post-Pregnancy Fitness & Weight Loss Diet

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are experiencing baby bliss after welcoming their second child together into the world. The Black Swan actress and her actor husband had a baby boy, and the name is still a secret.

Kunis and Kutcher now have a household of four, multiple sources confirmed to E News.

This is Mila’s second child with Ashton, and their baby boy was born on November 30. Although the baby’s name has not yet been released, Kutcher did talk about how their daughter was dealing with becoming a big sister previously during an appearance on the Today show.

Ashton explained that their daughter still had not exactly grasped the concept of pregnancy.

“She points to Mila and she’s like, ‘baby brother’ when she points to the belly and then she points to dad and she goes, ‘Beer!'” Ashton joked. “So I think she gets there’s something in the belly but I don’t quite think that she knows that it’s not going to be a plastic doll yet.”

And even though he’s gone through the process of handling a newborn before, Kutcher confessed that he still felt somewhat nervous.

“I’m a little terrified to be honest,” Ashton revealed. “It’s intensely scary.”

In October of 2014, Kutcher and Mila welcomed their first baby; a girl named Wyatt Isabelle. Engaged since February 2014, they wed in July the following year in an intimate ceremony with friends and family at a ranch just outside of Los Angeles.

Time magazine noted that Ashton previously told Seth Meyers that he had been hoping for a baby girl, thinking that might result in a large family.

“First of all — our first girl is unbelievable,” emphasized Kutcher. “But also I figured if we had a girl second, [Mila] might give me one more shot at having a boy and now I don’t know!”

As for what Kunis and Kutcher have planned when it comes to raising their children, Mila shared in August that she and Ashton had talked about the power of the dollar.

“The one topic of conversation we had even prior to ever having kids was always, ‘How do you raise a child to not be an assh—?’ ” admitted Kunis. “It’s a matter of teaching them from a very early age that, you know, ‘Mommy and Daddy may have a dollar, but you’re poor.'”

In an era where celebrity moms often are scrutinized for how quickly they can take off those post-pregnancy pounds, Mila has a history of restoring her pre-baby body quickly. After she and Ashton welcomed baby Wyatt into the world, it took only three months for her to slip back into her skinny jeans, scoring a 25-pound weight loss, reported OK magazine last year.

Prior to her pregnancy, Kunis weighed in at 112 pounds, and she gained just 25 pounds because of her active lifestyle, according to the media outlet. Her passion for yoga helped her take off those post-pregnancy pounds, a source told OK.

“She’s a huge fan of yoga.”

The insider revealed that the actress practices yoga “30 minutes to an hour every morning while Wyatt is napping.” To supplement her yoga workouts, Kunis boosts her fitness “by gradually upping the gradients during her 45-minute power walks,” added the insider.

OK also reported on Kunis’ post-pregnancy diet after her first baby.

“[Mila] cut back on carbs and keeps the fridge stocked with fish, chicken and plenty of vegetables for healthy homemade meals.”

While that post-pregnancy diet sounds healthy, Kunis also has shared how she achieved her dramatic weight loss for her famous role in Black Swan.

Awful,” summed up Mila, according to AOL.

Kunis revealed that her dramatic weight loss for her acclaimed role as a ballerina in Black Swan resulted from three months of ballet training to “fake it,” plus a diet. She weighed in at 95 pounds, and “did do it in the healthiest way possible,” added the actress.

However, she admitted that she “had to look skinny in order to look like a ballerina,” and Mila opined that “the best way to fake it is to unfortunately look like it.”

Mila confessed that she also smoked cigarettes and limited herself to a 1,200 calories a day diet to take off the pounds.

“I never watched what I ate [before]. It was one of those things, for the first time in my life, I got a food delivery service,” she revealed. “And I’ll tell you this — I’m not promoting this at all — but I used to be a smoker, and so I smoked a lot of cigarettes and I ate a limited amount of calories.”

But although that 1,200 calorie-a-day diet plus smoking worked, Kunis emphasized that she does not “advocate this at all.” Since then, she has stopped smoking, describing that as the “best decision” she has ever made.
