Are Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Facing An Adoption Nightmare? [Rumor]

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are allegedly facing an adoption nightmare after parting ways months ago.

According to a new report, the parents of the couple’s adopted sons, Maddox, 15, and Pax, 12, could potentially resurface in what could turn out to be a “horrific twist” in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s reportedly ongoing custody battle.

On November 30, Radar Online claimed Pax Jolie-Pitt’s birth mom would reportedly be released from prison “soon” and said the parents of Maddox Jolie-Pitt, who was believed to be an orphan, could allegedly still be alive.

“I’m sure both [Brad Pitt] and Angie are freaking out over this. It’s been a fear from day one that the biological parents of their adopted kids would resurface,” an insider told the outlet.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have three adopted children, including their youngest adopted child, daughter Zahara, 11, who was adopted from Ethiopia.

Prior to her relationship with Brad Pitt, Jolie reportedly adopted Maddox from Cambodia under the assumption that he was an orphan, and years later, Pitt became the child’s adopted father. However, according to Radar Online, the deal was allegedly brokered by a crooked agent, reportedly named Lauryn Galindo, who was later thrown behind bars for money laundering involving over 800 adoptions. The outlet claimed Maddox’s mother allegedly sold her son for just $100.

“I’m sure this child was not a real orphan and was not abandoned,” said Dr. Kek Galabru of the human rights agency Licadho.

As for Pax, he was just 3-years-old when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie adopted him from an orphanage in Vietnam nearly a decade ago, but now, his mother, Pham Thu Dung, allegedly wants him back.

“Most of the normal children are kids of prisoners,” Nguyen Kim Xuyen explained to Radar Online, adding that freed parents rarely fail to reclaim their children. “There are some cases where economic conditions mean they are not able to raise the child [when they’re released], so they leave them here, but it’s very seldom.”

Radar Online’s insider went on to reveal that the current situation with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s adopted sons has been “terrifying” for the couple.

“All they know about Pax is that he came to the orphanage at 2 days old after his mother, Pham, ran away from the hospital. With Maddox, they had to rely on Galindo’s word.”

The insider went on to reveal that if Pax’s mother attempts to reclaim her child, Maddox’s parents are reportedly likely to do the same.

“If Pham makes a bid to win Pax back — and everyone expects she will — it could lead Maddox’s parents to come forward,” the source alleged. “Taking a child from a parent with no apparent say in the matter won’t look good for Jolie’s UN status… No doubt Angie’ll be praying this can all be fixed with a blank check, but the trauma of possibly losing any of their children is both Angie and [Brad Pitt’s worst nightmare come true.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a total of six children, three of whom are adopted and an additional three biological children, daughter Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.

Brad Pitt and his now-estranged wife began their relationship on the set of 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith and went public with their relationship after Pitt’s former wife, Jennifer Aniston, filed for divorce. Then, after dating for about 10 years, the couple tied the knot at their home in France in August of 2014 surrounded by their family.

Angelina Jolie filed documents to end her marriage to Brad Pitt on September 19 and has reportedly requested she be granted full physical custody of their children while Pitt is limited to visitation.
