The queens native, Gilberto Valle is a six-year veteran of the department and naively sent out emails and messages planning out his horrific ordeal. Apparently 100 women were targeted by Valle.
According to a criminal complain, the 28-year-old “discussed plans to kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women.”
A message to a fellow assailant allegedly revealed that he would cook someone “over a low heat, keep her alive as long as possible.” Whilst another stated that his oven “is big enough to fit one of these girls if I folded their legs.”
Further details included that her created a large file with at least 100 images of individual women, using the databases that he had at his disposable via his role in the department which he collected via surveillance footage on potential victims.
Valle allegedly knew the victim, which would have lead to a “flawless” abduction as his arrival would “not alert her.” His fellow conspirator in the case has yet to be revealed but is rumoured to have responded with excitement to the proposal.
“I love that she is asleep right now not having the slightest clue of what we have planned,” Valle stated.
The NYPD officer later predicted that her days were numbered and proposed that she looked tasty. No women have been harmed whilst the commissioner of the NYPD, Ray Kelly, has called the case “bizarre.”
