‘Days Of Our Lives’: Will JJ Keep Abigail’s Secret? Will Chad DiMera Find Out Abby Is Alive On ‘DOOL? [Spoilers]
Days Of Our Lives fans know that Abigail Devereaux (Marci Miller) is alive. However, the only characters on the soap opera that know are Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), Laura Horton (Jamie Lyn Bauer), and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves). For now, Abby is hiding in Jennifer’s attic, but on yesterday’s episode, JJ Devereaux (Casey Moss) came face to face with his dead sister. Will he keep Abigail’s secret or will he eventually reveal that she is really alive?

On Monday’s episode of Days Of Our Lives, JJ Devereaux went up to the attic to get some toys for Ari. When he opened the door, he was shocked to see his sister, Abigail Devereaux. Everyone thought she died in a plane crash and she insists on remaining hidden. Even though Jennifer Horton wants Abby to let people know she is alive, she is respecting her daughter’s wishes. However, will JJ feel the same way? Will he be able to hold on to this secret and keep it from Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus)?
According to sneak peek photos published by SoapHub, JJ Devereaux will be tempted to blurt out the truth. Jennifer is seen putting her hand over JJ’s mouth, as if she is preventing him from saying anything. It is no secret that JJ and Chad are not the best of friends. However, Gabi is close with Chad and JJ might not be able to keep another secret from her for very long.
As Days Of Our Lives fans recall, JJ cheated on Gabi Hernandez with another woman while he was in Miami. After a brief split, Gabi decided to forgive him and give JJ another chance. However, JJ notices the closeness between Chad and Gabi. If he has to keep another secret from her, she will sense it. Gabi won’t like it at all and might walk away from the relationship. If there is a chance he could lose Gabi, would JJ betray Abigail and tell her the truth? If so, Gabi would feel compelled to inform Chad DiMera. It really is a difficult situation, but viewers are still a bit baffled as to why Abigail just won’t let Chad know she is alive. After all, baby Thomas just celebrated his first birthday, a celebration she had to miss because she insists on remaining hidden.
Eventually, the truth will come out. Billy Flynn told Soaps that Chad DiMera will feel betrayed by Abby. Does this mean there is no chance for a “Chabby” reconciliation? In a recent issue of Soap Opera Digest, executive producer Ken Corday teased that Chad and Abigail will have a lot of issues to overcome. That seems to hint that they could possibly reunite in the future.
Other Days Of Our Lives spoilers for this week include Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) having a chat with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) leaving Salem. Adrienne (Judi Evans) will finally decide if she picks Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) or Justin (Wally Kurth). However, she collapses and will end up hospitalized. Expect to see Hattie show up in prison to help protect Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Jennifer will be livid when she finds out that Laura knew Abigail was alive.
