Mel B To Reward $5,000 To Catch Her Car Thief
Mel B has announced a $5,000 reward for which will be paid to anyone who knows the person who broke into her car.
Mel B posted a black and white video on Instagram, showcasing a man removing a suitcase from Mel’s car which was parked outside her house in Beverly Hills. The theft took place early in the morning and the 21-year-old singer wants the man to be brought to justice. Prior to offering the $5,000 reward, the former Spice girl had requested her fans to forward any information related to the theft to her husband, Stephen Belafonte.

“I have a five thousand dollar reward to anyone who knows this a**hole,” wrote Mel B on her Instagram post.
She further added that she does not care who was involved but she wants the thief to be caught. She also revealed that the incident took place at 5:42 a.m. In her previous post, she stated that anyone with information that might help catch the thief should send a direct message to her husband on Instagram and that the reward would be sent to the person. The singer has been busy hosting X Factor Australia and she recently completed a filming session for the show.
“Neighbor by neighbor we are going to track you down. The police already have a good idea who you are, but in the meantime anybody who wants to make that $5000 dm my hubby right now,” she pointed out.
Mel B, whose full name is Melanie Brown also announced that she plans to reunite with Emma Bunton and Geri Horner, the members of their former band, Spice Girls. It is not clear whether Victoria Beckman will also be part of the reunion. They will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their popular hit, “Wannabe.” The singers are also releasing a new song, though it was recently leaked on the internet.
Mel B also revealed that the police are also involved and they are closing in on the thief’s identity. She seems to be really annoyed about the incident, suggesting that she might have lost some valuable items from the car. She has not revealed the content that was in the suitcases. She has also called upon her neighbors to assist her so that they can also make sure that the neighborhood is secure. It is not easy to identify the thief because it is not very clear. However, the man caught on camera appears to be a white male. He broke the back window of the vehicle and removed two suitcases.
Brown is still determined to make sure that the thief is caught and brought to justice. She believes that the surveillance video will be enough to catch the thief. Mel B also hopes that posting the video on social media will increase the chances of the man being identified because a lot of people will get to see the video. Perhaps someone will recognize the thief and provide his identity so that he can be brought to justice and also so that the stolen property can be recovered.
Not much information has been released regarding the matter. Brown’s fans have sympathized with her and offered a lot of support. Mel has recently been traveling to Australia a lot because she has been filming the latest season of X Factor Australia. She has been traveling with her two daughters, Angel Iris Murphy Brown and Madison Brown. It is not clear whether the stolen suitcases contain luggage for one of their trips. Mel B is clearly angered by the incident and she is determined to make sure that the man who broke into her car and stole her property is caught and taken to prison.
