This Is Stevie J’s Epic Response To Joseline Hernandez Paternity Test Request

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are going through a paternity battle since their breakup. Pregnant Joseline claims that she conceived the child with Stevie J during their stay in Los Angeles where they filmed a spin-off show Stevie J & Joseline: Go Hollywood.

Joseline recently revealed that she was never married to Stevie J when she filed a paternity request to prove that he is the father. In an epic response, Stevie J agrees to the test under one condition, per TMZ. The Bad Boy producer wants primary custody of the child if he is proven to be the father. The publication reports that Stevie J is accusing Joseline of being an unfit mother who may have used drugs during her pregnancy.

Stevie J also claims that Joseline is violent and will “engage in acts of parental alienation” to keep him away from his child. If Stevie J is granted primary custody, he will also demand that Joseline pays him child support.

Stevie J initially denied that the child is his own and many fans of LHHATL assumed that Joseline may have had a child with Young Dro, who recently confirmed his appearance in the next season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. However, the Atlanta rapper denies that he had a relationship with the Puerto Rican Princess and they only made some music together.

Stevie J is returning to VH1 with his own reality show Leave It to Stevie where he explores the single life after 18 years of being in a relationship. The show will be about Stevie J focusing on his family and music, as well as a possible relationship with old friend Faith Evans.

Joseline is also reportedly filming a pregnancy special that will document the birth of her child and her paternity battle with Stevie J. According to Bossip, the series will also feature Stevie’s children and his friend Scrappy:

“The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta favorite, fresh out of his relationship with Joseline Hernandez, is ready to take on life as a bachelor. In his brand new spin-off Leave It To Stevie, the producer will get back to fatherhood, get back to work, and, of course, get back to play with the help of his children and his famous friends like Faith Evans and Lil Scrappy.”

Joseline Hernandez is rumored to be pregnant with a baby girl. She is expected to give birth early next year. Young Dro confirmed that he will appear on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta next season with Joseline. However, it is unclear whether Stevie J will be returning to the series and Young Dro stated in an interview with the Breakfast Club that he is not interested in feuding with Stevie J.

“I just want to finish out what me and Joseline did,” Dro told the Breakfast Club radio hosts. “When we did the studio thing…I thought that was just it. But the network been looking for me. ‘We want Dro.’ I wasn’t in the position to be on anybody’s TV. I didn’t want to let anybody in my personal business. But at the same time, I wanted to finish out what me and her started.”

During the last season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Stevie J and Joseline briefly reconciled when she revealed her pregnancy. Therefore, there it is still possible that the LHHATL couple gets back together. Since they were never legally married, it is unclear how the court will decide who has custody of the child.
