Brad Pitt Has Been Cleared Of Child Abuse Charges And Angelina Jolie Is ‘Furious’ [Report]

Brad Pitt was cleared of child abuse allegations last Wednesday, and now, it is being reported that his soon-to-be ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, is upset that he wasn’t found guilty during the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services’ investigation.

Following the reported closing of an additional investigation by the FBI, a source claims Angelina Jolie is “furious” that her actor husband has been let off the hook.

“She’s furious and disgusted that [Brad Pitt] has been cleared,” an alleged insider told In Touch Weekly on November 16, via a report by Hollywood Life. “She was so confident that he would be found to be unfit as a parent.”

According to the report, Brad Pitt’s chances of getting joint custody of his six children with Angelina Jolie will increase if the FBI truly did close the investigation. As previously reported, Brad Pitt’s wife filed for full physical custody of their children in September at the time she filed for divorce, and in response, Brad Pitt filed documents to give him joint custody of the kids.

“With the FBI reportedly clearing [Brad Pitt], as well as the DCFS, he could be back in the good graces of a lot of people, including a judge who could determine his future with his kids,” Hollywood Life explained to readers.

Now that the child abuse investigations might be over, “the war is just beginning,” In Touch Weekly added.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married for two years and together for 12 years, and during their relationship, they welcomed six children together, including their adopted kids, Maddox, 15, from Cambodia; Pax, 12, from Vietnam; and Zahara, 11, from Ethiopia. Jolie also birthed three children, including daughter Shiloh, 10, and their 8-year-old twins, Vivienne and Knox, 8.

Although Brad Pitt would agree to share custody of their kids with his estranged wife, Jolie reportedly feels that the children aren’t in good hands with their father. After her September 19 filing against Pitt, sources told TMZ that the couple had been at odds over their children and his alleged substance abuse and anger. As the outlet explained, Jolie was reportedly upset at Pitt’s parenting methods and “fed up” with his reported consumption of weed and possibly alcohol. The sources also claimed Jolie felt Brad Pitt’s “anger problem” was dangerous for their children.

As Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce continues to play out, the actor may be prepared to take aim at his wife in hopes of getting his way.

“[Brad Pitt]’s prepared to unload all of Angie’s worst secrets in family court because she [Angie] refuses to give him joint custody of the kids,” Life & Style magazine claimed.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s kids are said to be suffering.

“Angelina Jolie has been struggling with keeping the kids happy,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “It’s been weeks since the kids moved out of their home and they are getting homesick. The children are sad, miss the huge house they grew up in, and have been complaining to Angelina that they want to go home. The older children are not happy with the situation while the younger kids are having trouble understanding why they can’t just go home.”

Prior to Brad Pitt’s split from his former partner, he and the kids had been living as a family at a mansion in Los Feliz where the children had their own skate park.

“The Los Feliz home has been where the kids have spent most of their time growing up,” the insider continued. “[Brad Pitt] has built a huge skate ramp for the kids on the property and they all have their own rooms there too. They may have lots of houses but the Los Feliz house has always been home.”
