Will Kris Jenner Car Crash And Kim Kardashian Surrogate Story Ramp Up ‘KUWTK’ Ratings?

Kris Jenner’s car crash back in August is an ordeal that the rest of the Kardashian clan would love to forget in a year that has been filled with its fair share of ups and downs. If the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashian season finale promo is anything to go by, then the accident has to be one of the scariest incidences that have left the family extremely shaken in the recent past.

In a sneak preview of the KUWTK season finale promo scheduled to air on Sunday, Khloe Kardashian is heard asking “Where is mom” before she is promptly informed that she has been involved in an accident with one of the assistants. In the room with Khloe are Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner who look horrified once they hear their mother has been involved in an accident according to E! News.

Kris Jenner’s car crash happened near her home when a Prius allegedly ran a red light and smashed itself into her white Bentley. Almost the entire family showed up at the scene of the accident, including Kanye West, after hearing the news, according to People. While the rest of the family remained extremely shaken, Kris emerged from the incidence a little bit shaken, suggesting she only suffered a minor wrist injury.

The children apparently were not the only ones left shaken by the incidence according to Hollywood Life. Caitlyn Jenner was reportedly shaking uncontrollably on hearing the news.

“Cait was calling Kris’ cell but obviously there was no answer, and she finally got through to Kylie, who calmed her down and told her everything would be all right,” an insider told the source.

In an action packed year, Kris Jenner’s car crash is not the only ordeal to have sent shivers and fear among the Kardashian clan. The family is still recovering from the Paris Robbery incidence that saw Kim Kardashian lose $8 million worth of jewelry.

Rumors of Rob Kardashian and Black Chyna were destined for separation have since been quashed with the birth of their first child, Dream Renee Kardashian, who appears to have brought them closer to each other.

While KUWTK season finale episode remains a key talking point on social media, a story that could send more shockwaves to fans of the reality TV show is slowly developing in the background. It is not a secret that Kim is desperate for a third child. However, it appears the chances of her carrying another pregnancy is becoming slimmer by the day.

ABC News reported that two doctors have advised the reality star against pursuing a third baby given her previous medical complications with pregnancies. The reality star is not new to pregnancy complications having already given birth to her 3-year-old daughter North West and son Saint West.

If chatter in the previous episode of KUWTK with one of her doctor is anything to go by, then Kim’s hopes of carrying her third child might as well have been dashed.

“You never know if you might have the same type of problem that could be more serious this time,” her doctor told her. “You’re always taking a little bit of a chance. There are situations where retained placenta could be life or death.”

Using a surrogate now appears to be the only safe option for the reality TV star if she is to stay clear of a life and death scenario. The brunette beauty’s initial fears with pursuing surrogacy were she would not be able to love her third child as she does the other two. However, on visiting a woman by the name of Natalie, a mother of two who has had one child via a surrogate, Kim seems to have warmed up to the idea that this could be the right call, according to Hollywood Life.

While the focus on the KUWTK season finale is on Kris Jenner’s car crash, in the coming weeks it will be interesting to see if Kim will follow through on her push of having a third baby via a surrogate.
