Bethenny Frankel Called Names For Being Wealthy And White: Why The Racist Attacks?
Bethenny Frankel is not the only housewife who has been very vocal about last week’s presidential election. Several other housewives have used their platform to speak out, either in support of Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. While Bethenny hasn’t really been as vocal as Real Housewives of New York co-star Carole Radziwill, she has managed to say things on Twitter that have divided her followers. Frankel has previously revealed that Americans should vote for the person they like the best, but she later called Donald Trump supporters “imbeciles.”
According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is now revealing that people are allowed to express their opinions about the new president and Hillary Clinton, but Frankel doesn’t want to be in the middle of the drama. And it sounds like her followers are reaching out to Bethenny calling her biased because she’s white and has money in her bank account. But other people appreciate her being honest and sharing her opinion, even though it isn’t exactly kind and sugar-coated all the time.

“You are real; you shoot straight; that’s why people love you,” one person wrote to Bethenny Frankel, who replied, “It’s simply my opinion & I respect all yours as well. We don’t have to agree, but we have to be able to discuss.”

Bethenny is often tweeting with her followers about various things, including the election. She has taken a hilarious stance on everything that has happened, and Frankel has revealed that she’s willing to have a conversation with people about politics. But Bethenny Frankel only wants to talk to people if it can be done with respect and honesty. And it sounds like this isn’t exactly what Frankel has experienced with her Twitter followers.
“I’m willing to have a convo & not be agreed with. But people calling me cracker & bullying me for being white & wealthy will be blocked,” Bethenny Frankel later tweeted, to which one person wrote back to her, “agreed. No one has to follow you and rude comments need not be commented. I hope I wasn’t misunderstood. I do not agree with people making rude comments to you. I agree with you blocking those that do.”
Bethenny added, “All good.”

It sounds like Bethenny Frankel is being bullied and harassed for having an opinion and she doesn’t want to keep talking to people on Twitter if they are calling her “cracker” for being a certain skin color. Of course, Frankel has made headlines for saying things that could have been considered racist, especially in relation to a speech she made last year. However, the people who are pointing the finger at Frankel for being racist are calling her a “cracker,” which is a prime example of hypocrisy.

“IT’S HYPOCRISY AT IT’S FINEST,” one person wrote to Frankel, agreeing with her about the racist theme that tended to make its way through the tweets to Bethenny, who replied, “Very true. The people complaining about racism are calling me cracker. I have the smartest tweeps ever.”
It sounds like Bethenny can’t take the comments seriously, as she’s being called a racist by people who are using racist slurs to get their point across. Luckily, Bethenny isn’t taking it seriously.
