Master P Warns Tristan Thompson: Khloe Kardashian Wasn’t Always There For Lamar Odom

Rap legend Master P is warning NBA star Tristan Thompson about his budding relationship with reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, insisting she didn’t always “keep it 100” with his longtime friend and her ex-husband Lamar Odom.

The rap star and Odom’s friendship goes way back and he insists Kardashian wasn’t always there for his pal when he went through his drug scandal at a Las Vegas brothel last year the way she’s led many to believe. The former NBA star ultimately ended up in a coma and fighting for his life.

“I really know him and I know what he been through,” the rapper recently told TMZ of Odom.

“But it’s hard when everybody else is saying stuff that really didn’t know. A lot of people took Khloe’s side and other people’s side that didn’t really know. It’s like you said, if you really down for somebody and that’s your man or whatever … I mean it look like she with another different man every other month, a different person. I think with the man going through what he went through, if it’s real love then keep it 100.”

Born Percy Miller, P has often come to the defense of his longtime pal, once even blasting hoops legend and former L.A. Lakers teammate Kobe Bryant as “fake” and “phony” over his perceived neglect of Odom.

“I ruffled a couple of feathers because I told my opinion about the Kardashians and [Kobe Bryant],” Miller shared back then.

“I ain’t gonna change it. The truth hurts. I feel like a lot of people wanted to say what I said.”

As for his advice to Thompson, word is it could all be falling on deaf ears, as he and Kardashian are rumored to have taken things to the level of now professing their love for one another.

“She’s so into him and he’s really into her,” a source told Us Weekly of Kardashian, who has also been romantically linked to fellow NBA star James Harden and rapper French Montana.

“They have said ‘I love you.'”

In recent weeks, Kardashian has been spotted all over Cleveland, where Thompson stars alongside LeBron James and Kyrie Irving for the defending champion Cavs.

“Khloe is very comfortable and happy there,” a source added of the 32-year-old Kardashian, who is seven years older than Thompson.

“She wants to be there with him.”

Several media outlets recently reported the two had seemingly hit a bump in their relationship as they struggled to deal with the reality of Thompson’s ex-girlfriend preparing to give birth to his child any day now.

But that all now seems like water under the bridge.

“Khloé’s supporting him,” a source added.

“They’re very serious.”

As recently as last month, Kardashian publicly shared somewhat intimate details about the nature of their relationship, including what she considers her favorite date night and how the two prefer a cozy evening at home to a wild night out on the town.

“I’m a homebody, so for me it’s just, like, chill and watching TV and having a drink,” she said.

“It’s like intimate one-on-one time. … I’m more of an at-home person. We like to] just chill at home. That’s really what we do, mellow. We’re not that exciting. I feel like people think I’m, like, wild and, like, hanging from chandeliers.”

Kardashian and Odom were married in 2009 and finalized their divorce late last year after once building speculation that they might be on verge of a reconciliation. She initially filed for divorce in 2013 and at one point a judge threatened to toss the case after it remained inactive for at least several months.

As Kardashian and Thompson have grown closer, Odom has largely remained mum and has rarely been seen in public.

The retired NBA star recently celebrated his 37^th birthday and insists he is now committed to avoiding “negative influences” and is “working on himself.”
