Makeshift concoctions to battle common illnesses such as colds and headaches aren’t so new, but one woman has claimed to come up with a perfect remedy just in time for flu season.

As part of her daily regimen, vegetarian and Buckinghamshire resident Tracy Kiss says that she prepares a daily smoothie at breakfast time to help boost her immune system. The liquid health assist is compiled with several kinds of fruit; two types of milk, almond and coconut; and a tablespoon of undiluted human sperm.

Yes, Inquisitr readers, you did indeed read that last ingredient correctly.

Speaking to The Sun, the 29-year-old personal trainer explained that on advice given to her by a private beautician, she initially began using the male bodily fluid as a way to combat facial breakouts caused by rosacea. Ultimately, as she began to look deeper into the benefits of the baby-making brew, she realized that if it could do wonders for her complexion, then there had to be something about sperm that could lead to overall heightened health.

“I’d been feeling run down and had no energy [before I began drinking it],” Tracy relayed to the publication, “but now, I’m full of beans and my mood has improved [significantly].”

As for whom she receives the “delicacy” from, the single mother-of-two admits that she is provided with a fresh batch at least three days a week from a close male friend.

“I know he’s healthy, doesn’t smoke, drink or do drugs,” Kiss remarked. “And, I [also] made him have an STI check.”

“When I first approached him,” she continued, “he was concerned I’d use it to impregnate myself, but once I’d convinced him it was for my beauty regime he agreed.”

“[I mean], after all, he has a regular supply at hand!”

Tracy mostly swallows the syrupy, sticky liquid as part of her smoothies, but occasionally, she will take a straight shot of her neighbor’s offering with no kind of protection (no pun intended) whatsoever.

“Every batch tastes different, depending on what he’s been eating,” she remarked. “If he’s been drinking alcohol or eaten something particularly pungent like asparagus, I ask him to give me a heads-up so I know not to drink it [undiluted].”

Along with digesting it, Kiss continues to lather her face with sperm to keep it clear, blending it with egg whites and lavender oil, and leaving it to set for around 15 minutes. While most would probably be hesitant to follow suit, Tracy feels that people should be a lot more open-minded to the benefits of sperm.

“Sperm is an awesome product and we should stop being so ridiculous about it,” she states.

“The health benefits have been well researched, and more women and men should take advantage of it particularly as its made by our own bodies, and doesn’t contain e-numbers and chemicals.”

Despite her positive sound-off for seminal fluid, some medical officials disagree with Tracy’s tawdry taste. Dr. Carol Cooper shot back against Kiss’ claims, saying that in reality, her dissertation is kind of a dud.

“There is absolutely no nutritional value to semen,” Cooper countered. “Semen does contain a lot of zinc compared to other bodily fluids, but not in comparison to a vitamin tablet or food. A better way for vegans to get extra protein would be through foods like nuts.”

She also expressed that the best way to keep the flu at bay is to get a shot — a flu shot, that is — and not what shoots out of a man’s reproductive area.

“There’s no scientific evidence whatsoever that drinking sperm will stop flu,” Cooper ads. “Plus, depending on where the semen comes from, you could be at risk of catching viruses including HIV and Ziku.”

Going against Cooper’s advice, Kiss says that a planned YouTube video describing her sperm smoothie recipe will debut as scheduled later on the week.
