‘RHOC’ Cast Explodes: Kelly Dodd Asked Back And Tamra Judge Fears Her Spot On The Show

Kelly Dodd felt set up during her first season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. She didn’t realize how harsh some of the ladies could be, so when she felt attacked, she used her anger to retaliate. Sadly, Dodd’s co-stars used that against her. While some people felt that Kelly was completely out of line, others realized that Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Heather Dubrow had pushed her beyond her limits, and none of the ladies were taking responsibility for their actions. A source now reveals that things are tense in Orange County because production is working on the next season’s cast.

According to a new Radar Online report, Kelly Dodd may have secured her spot on the show because of the way she stood up for herself on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. For years, many housewives have left the franchise because they felt intimated by Vicki Gunvalson or Tamra Judge, but Kelly Dodd seems to be holding her own quite well. While production has yet to make any decisions about contracts, an inside source reveals that Dodd will definitely be asked back.

“Kelly has already been asked back for next season and they all know this,” an inside source has revealed about the cast next season, sharing that this is a huge concern for the mean girls of the cast.

Tamra, Shannon, and Heather are supposedly worried about how Kelly Dodd’s return will affect them. For some reason, these three ladies feel convinced that Real Housewives of Orange County viewers will side with them because they feel that Dodd lost control this season. But many feel that these ladies pushed Kelly to her breaking point. As Heather so elegantly put it, she felt that Dodd was having a mental breakdown.

“That is why Team Tamra (Judge, Beador, and Dubrow) is having a meltdown right now,” a source has revealed about the current cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County, adding, “They cannot stand Kelly and don’t know why she would be asked to return to the show.”

Part of Judge’s concern about her role on The Real Housewives of Orange County has to do with the way she handled herself in Ireland. When Kelly Dodd got angry with Tamra, she made the comment that “no wonder her daughter doesn’t talk to her.” Tamra flipped out and grabbed Kelly on the shoulder, but Dodd has revealed that Judge downright pushed her.

“Tamra knows that she could get canned for the physical altercation with Kelly and she is trying to do, or say, anything she can to stay relevant,” one source has revealed about the Real Housewives of Orange County star, while a second source tells Radar Online, “Tamra did not punch Kelly. That is an exaggeration. She has admitted to pushing her, and apologized for her actions.”

While Dodd hasn’t said much about Heather Dubrow, she did say that Shannon Beador’s husband was beating her — information that Vicki Gunvalson had told her. And Beador was not pleased with this story, as she felt these comments were hurtful to her family. As this source points out, Kelly isn’t sorry about what was said.

“Kelly apologized to Shannon about the abuse stuff, but NOT for what she said. She apologized for how she handled herself in that situation,” the insider has revealed about the situation between Dodd and Beador, as Kelly feels that she could have handled herself better.
