Josh Duggar’s Double Date With Wife Anna After Wedding Of Jinger And Jeremy Vuolo Hints At The Duggar Family Recovering From 19 Kids And Counting Scandal?

Josh and Anna Duggar emerged after the wedding of Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo for a double date. Seeing how they have not been super active on social media, nor in Duggars’ newest show, Jill and Jessa Counting On, this appearance may signal a new phase in the Duggar family.

It could also be true that the Duggars are using the good news of Jinger and Jeremy tying the knot to get their fans acclimatize to the idea of having Josh back into the fold. After the scandal and rehab, Josh may be longing to return to a more normal world.

“The former 19 Kids and Counting star had a busy weekend with his family and wife Anna Duggar, as they celebrated his younger sister Jinger Duggar’s marriage to Jeremy Vuolo,” reported Entertainment Tonight. “In addition to attending the wedding, Josh also made a rare public appearance with his wife, along with her sister, Priscilla, and her husband, David Waller.”

It has not been easy for Josh, Anna and their family of six. They have been keeping things quiet ever since he returned home last March from “a faith-based rehab facility in Rockford, Illinois,” which he attended to deal with the fact that he used extramarital affair site Ashley Madison and that he had been battling “a secret addiction to pornography.”

Since the outbreak of Josh Duggar’s scandal, many things in the Duggars’ lives had to change. First of all, their darling TLC show, 19 Kids and Counting got cancelled, which means that they could no longer show off their faith-based family life to the world any more.

Then there was a barrage of divorce rumors that Josh and Anna had to face. While the family managed to get a spinoff show Jill and Jessa Counting On with TLC, the hardship that his wife had to face has also been captured.

“Anna got super emotional talking about her sister-in-law Jana being such a support for her throughout the last year and a half,” according to the Stir.

“[Jana] will make an amazing wife one day, but selfishly right now, I’m so thankful I’ve had her as a shoulder to cry on,” Anna said to the camera.

Even though Josh is out of rehab now, that doesn’t mean that things have been easier for Anna and his family. Just last month, he was sued again by another person, who claimed that Josh used his picture to create the account on Ashley Madison.

“Matthew McCarthy, the Los Angeles-based DJ and photographer whose photos Duggar used on his Ashley Madison profile, is seeking undisclosed damages,” reported People Magazine. “In the filing, McCarthy claims that Duggar’s wrongful, “extreme and outrageous” use of his image on Ashley Madison, Twitter and OkCupid profile has resulted in loss of work as well as harassment.”

With scandal that just will not go away, it looks like Josh and Anna Duggar have a long way to go.

But it looks like their baby making plans are not being hindered by such drama. There has been rumor that Anna is pregnant with his fifth child.

“Josh Duggar has been back from rehab for over six months now, which means there’s been more than enough time for him and Anna Duggar to get pregnant with baby number five,” according to the Stir. “The rumors started afresh this week after Tuesday night’s episode of Counting On.”

Seeing how she just gave birth to his fourth child, it would be quite a task for her to bear another one so soon.

Anna is trying her best to keep the family together. Despite the fact that her husband has been involved in a scandal that highlighted his not-so paternal side, nevertheless, she celebrated Father’s Day on Instagram for Josh’s sake.
