Kim Kardashian Considers Having Third Baby Through Surrogacy
Kim Kardashian may be going through baby fever, meaning we might see baby number three sometime soon. The promo for the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians features Kim telling her mom that she is considering surrogacy for her third child.
Kim tells her mother in the promo that she wants to consider surrogacy as an option for having another child. Keep in mind that Kim K experienced some complications with her second pregnancy and the doctors advised her that getting pregnant again would be too much of a risk. The promo for the upcoming episode of KUWTK highlights Kim mentioning this to her mother, thus revealing that she is ready to welcome a third baby.

“So I’ve come to the conclusion that I just want to explore surrogacy,” says Kim in the promo for the upcoming episode.
According to ET, Kim had to go through a painful “external cephalic version” procedure because Saint was a breech baby and had to be turned. Her doctors also changed her delivery to a few weeks before the due date so that they could avoid further compilations. Kim also experienced complications when she was pregnant with North because she developed preeclampsia, which is characterized by placenta accreta and high-blood pressure. The former refers to a situation where the placenta is still attached to the uterine wall during childbirth.
Kim’s statement came as a shock to her mother in the promo clip. The response was probably because her mother feels that it might be too early for a third child considering the recent tough times that Kim has been through. Kim has most likely not fully recovered from the trauma she experienced during the Paris robbery. Most people would think that it is too early to be thinking about another baby.
Perhaps the robbery incident provoked the baby fever. Rumor has it that when the robbers in Paris put a gun to her head, gagged her and threatened to kill her, she pleaded with the robbers not to kill her because she has two small children to take care of. It is not clear whether that incident may have provoked her desire to have another child but she did think of her little ones at that moment. Thank goodness mommy Kim returned home unharmed.
Unfortunately for Kim, the advice that the doctors gave her means she cannot risk giving birth again. The next obvious options if she wants another baby are surrogacy or adoption. She most likely ruled out adoption because she wants to make sure that her third child still has her own genes as well as those of her husband. It will also be a much safer option for her because she will not be putting herself at risk. It will also make for some interesting follow-ups for fans of the KUWTK reality TV show because it will make things more interesting if Kim decides to follow through with the idea of a surrogate mother.

It is not clear whether she will actually go through with the plan or whether her husband Kanye West likes the idea. Further details will most likely be provided on the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians which will be aired on Sunday. Judging by Kris Jenner’s reaction, it will make for an interesting topic that is most definitely worth watching. The reality TV show is back with some interesting scoops after going on a short break after Kim K’s ordeal with the Paris robbery incident. The reality superstar and entrepreneur seems to be recovering strongly and the show is back. Hopefully, there will be more revealed about Kim’s new interest in having a surrogate baby.
