Taylor Swift Not Writing Kanye West Diss Track With Drake, Wants To End Feud For Good

Taylor Swift is busy collaborating with Drake in the studio, but is she really working on a diss track aimed at Kanye West with the rapper?

According to reports, the singer has spent several days working on new songs with Drake, just one week after she attended his 30th birthday party in West Hollywood, where she was also introduced to his mother, Sandi Graham.

Taylor Swift and Drake have really bonded in the last couple of weeks — so much that the Canadian hitmaker couldn’t wait to get in the studio with the “Blank Space” singer, hoping to recreate the success he’s had with the likes of Rihanna on collaborative efforts.

And while it’s still unclear what kind of material Taylor Swift is working with, rumors quickly spread that she would be taking aim at Kanye West, following their nasty feud over the summer.

Their disagreement started when Swift denied knowing anything about the “Famous” song, which Kanye released earlier in the year. On the track, Kanye boasts about how he should have the entitlement to sleep with Taylor, stressing “I made that b***h famous.”

Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian, would go on to leak a videotape of Taylor having known bits and pieces of the song all along, strongly contradicting Swift’s initial comments, saying she was never informed beforehand.

Kim’s decision to leak the video tape definitely left Taylor embarrassed, but she knows she can always get her own back by writing a diss track that’s so catchy, Kanye and Kim will find it hard not to hear it on the radio. To top it off, it would feature a verse by Drake — that’s what fans assumed, at least.

Hollywood Life mentions that the duo have not been working on any diss tracks — yet. They’re simply pitching ideas to one another and coming up with melodies that could help them pen one of the biggest tracks for the forthcoming year when both artists plan to release new albums.

“Drake and Taylor [Swift] do not want to do a diss track on Kanye [West] or any of their exes,” a source reveals. “They have been enjoying the early planning stages of collaborating on a track and the one thing they have already discussed and joked about is that they want the song to be fun and positive without going after anyone.”

“The other thing they have agreed on is, when they are ready to go in the studio, they want to come out a club banger and a hit, for sure.”

Taylor Swift is somewhat over her feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. While she felt rather violated when the audio tape was released, she doesn’t want to entertain more drama for the new year — especially not with a song that features Drake.

Instead, she’s wanting to pen a song that relates to everyone, Us Weekly reveals. Drake and Swift are determined to come up with a song that’s not only catchy but also transpires to become one of the greatest tracks of the year.

Taylor is wanting to drop her follow-up to 1989 next year. And while she’s not working on diss tracks with Drake, that does not mean that there won’t be another track that’s somewhat inspired by the drama Swift has found herself in over the summer.
